"Jade?" Jax called out, walking down the hallway towards the toilet.
"Yeah, in the toilet."
"The test done?"
"Not yet. Don't pressure me."
"Oh you think this is pressure? Sis, you've got no idea."
I groaned and the timer on my phone went off.
Holy crap, please be negative.
Please god, let this test be negative.
I will absolutely flip if this comes out positive.
I looked at the test & burst into tears.
"No." I cried, seeing the double lines in the small window.
I covered my mouth & rested my head against the wall.
This can't be happening right now.
"Jade?" Jax called out again and I sighed, unlocking the door.
He looked at my face & his smile dropped.
"I'm guessing from the amount of tears there's about to be an Irish baby around here?"
I cried and he hugged me to his chest, rubbing my hair back.
"It's okay Jade, it's all gonna work out."
"I'm not even in college yet Jax."
"It's okay, we'll figure it out."
I cried on my brothers chest & he sighed, resting his chin on my head.
"You need to tell Chibs." He whispered & I shook my head.
"I don't want him to hate me."
"He won't."
"I would, this is such a shit thing to happen."
"Come on, you need to relax."
I sighed and he walked me into my bedroom.
I sat on my bed with the test beside me & Jax sighed.
"You should've been more careful Jadey." Jax mumbled & I let a tear fall.
"You don't think I know that?"
"I'm just saying, this could've been avoided."
"Thanks Jax, you're making me feel a lot better."
He looked at the wall & then down at the floor, running his fingers through his hair.
"Can you leave me alone for a little bit?"
"You sure?"
I nodded & he sighed, standing up.
"Okay, call me if you need anything."
I nodded and he left.
