{Y/N} walks from her room into the control center just as the Doctor and Rose were heading towards the TARDIS doors.

"Doctor." {Y/N} calls. He turns with raised brows when he notices her outstretched hand, he pats down his pockets before sighing. 

"I thought I had it this time!" He defends as he looks at {Y/N}'s cheeky smile. She places the key in his pocket before walking past him.

"Now that you have the key for once let's hope you don't lose the TARDIS. Again." {Y/N} laughs as she walks towards Rose, who was standing at the doors. {Y/N} opens the door and lets Rose walk out first before following, the Doctor in toe.

"How long have I been gone?" Rose asks as she looks around her familiar estate. 

"About twelve hours." The Doctor says as he leans against the TARDIS.

"Oh. Right, I will not be long. I just want to see my mum." Rose says.

"What are you thinking of telling her? She is going to want to know where you have been." {Y/N} wonders. Rose looks at her to see she was now stood beside the Doctor.

"I don't know. I have been to the year five billion and only been gone, what, twelve hours? No, I will just tell her I spent the night at Shareen's. See you two later." Rose starts to walk off before turning around again. "Oh, don't you two disappear either."

"I won't let him leave you, I promise." {Y/N} laughs as Rose runs off. "You know Doctor. I think I like her more than you." The Doctor gasps in offense.

"And here I was thinking our friendship would last till the ends of time." He says, a smile making its way onto his face, causing {Y/N} to laugh.

After a few minutes of standing around {Y/N} began to wander the street the TARDIS was parked on. On a nearby concrete pillar, an old poster catches her attention. After reading the note she tares it from the pillar confused.

"{Y/N}? What is it?" The Doctor asks from the TARDIS doors. She looks at him in concern before rushing towards him.

"I think your flying is still off." The Doctor looks at her confused before reading the poster in her hands. He looks at her in horror before running after Rose, {Y/N} trailing him.

Police Appeal for Assistance. Can You Help?

The Doctor runs into Rose's apartment to see her and her mum, Jackie, hugging. As they pull away {Y/N} runs into the apartment breathing heavily.

"Rose. He got it wrong again. It's not twelve hours. You've been gone twelve months." Rose looks at {Y/N} in shock before turning back to her mum.

"Sorry." The Doctor sighs, smiling slightly.

"The hours I sat here, days and weeks and months. All on my own! I thought you were dead. And where were you? Travelling? What the hell does that mean, travelling? That is no sort of answer! You ask her, she will not tell me. That is all she says 'Travelling'." Jackie shouts. The Doctor and {Y/N} were stood in the corner of the room, watching as Jackie and a police officer talk with Rose.
