Tooth And Claw: Part 2

"Your Majesty? Your Majesty!" Sir Robert shouts at the staircase.

"Sir Robert? What's happening?" Queen Victoria asks as she descends the stairs. "I heard such terrible noises." {Y/N} staggers into the room, placing a hand against a nearby wall.

"Your Majesty, we've got to get out. But what of Father Angelo? Is he still here?" Sir Robert asks.

"Captain Reynolds disposed of him."

"The front door's no good, it's been boarded shut. Pardon me, Your Majesty. You'll have to leg it out of a window." The Doctor says. Running into the room he turns his attention to {Y/N}. "{Y/N}? Sweetheart?" {Y/N} leans over slightly, holding her stomach as she vomits on the floor. The Doctor rubs over her back while Rose moves her hair. "There you go. I know, you shouldn't have seen that." He mutters. "Come on we need to move." The Doctor gestures towards the door while Rose guides {Y/N}.

"Excuse my manners, Ma'am, but I shall go first, the better to assist Her Majesty's egress." Sir Robert says.

"A noble sentiment, my Sir Walter Raleigh."

"Yeah, any chance you could hurry up?" The Doctor sighs.

Sir Robert opens the window but sudden shots are directed at them, causing the five to duck down. "I reckon the monkey boys want us to stay inside." The Doctor mutters. "Hey, Rose? How's {Y/N} doing?"

"Um, she's muttering something." Rose says concerned.

"She's in shock just try and coax her out. Very gently, we don't want to startle her more."

"Do they know who I am??" Queen Victoria states.

"Yeah, that's why they want you. The wolf's lined you up for a biting." Rose explains as she tries to talk to {Y/N}.

"Now stop this talk. There can't be an actual wolf." A howl rings throughout the house causing {Y/N} to snap out of her headspace.

"Why are there bullet holes in here?" {Y/N} asks confused.

"Oh, good you're back, we were shot at by the monkey boys." The Doctor says, approaching her.

"Well, isn't that a warm welcome." {Y/N} sighs, rubbing her neck to relieve her tense muscles. "When did we get here?" She realises.

"Not that long ago, you froze a bit." Rose explains.

"Oh, shock. Woo." She says sarcastically. The sound of wood breaking catches the group's attention.

The five move back to the grand staircase as the wolf breaks down the door. "What do we do?" Rose asks, panicked.

"We...run." {Y/N} mutters, gripping the Doctor's hand tightly.

"Is that it?"

"You got any silver bullets?" The Doctor asks.

"Not on me, no." Rose says sarcastically.

"There we are then, we run. Your Majesty, as a Doctor, I recommend a vigorous jog. Good for the health. Come on!" The Doctor drags {Y/N} with him as they sprint up the stairs.

The wolf smashes through the door and follows behind them. "Come on! Come on!" As they run down a corridor the wolf begins to catch up. It reaches out for the Doctor and {Y/N} when Reynolds shoots it, causing it to recoil and retreat.

"I'll take this position and hold it." Reynolds says, reloading his gun while the others catch their breaths. The Doctor quickly checking on {Y/N} who brushes him off. "You keep moving, for God's sake! Your Majesty, I went to look for the property and it was taken. The chest was empty."
