we had just landed in italy, mattia held me close to him and says not to leave his side because it's dangerous here. i'm already scared.
i heard someone shout mattias name and we both look over to two dudes and a girl, a smile ran across his face and they ran towards us.
they hugged and all as i stood there awkwardly, the girl gave me dirty looks before hugging mattia. i don't know what her problem is but she better fix it, "oh these are my cousins"mattia says introducing us. the dudes were nice but the girl was getting on my nerves.
we pulled up to a huge mansion looking place, there was mad security as soon as you enter the massive gate.
some people took our bags to our room while mattia took me to meet his family, i was so nervous. we walked into the lounge room and there were a bunch of people, i gulped and moved closer to mattia, i heard him laugh before wrapping his arm around me. you don't know how intimidating some of these people look.
after nearly hours of talking and meeting each and every person in that room i felt a little more comfortable, everyone was really sweet except mattias girl cousin. she's really annoying me. mattia took me to our room, "stay here if you want, just gonna talk to my uncles about some things" he says, i frown at him, "ok" i say and he leaves.
around 5 minutes later of scrolling through my phone i decided i should probably change my clothes. and oh my god as soon as i strip naked the door opens, yes stupid me forgot to lock the door, mattias guy cousin i think his name was matt stood there. he quickly covered his eyes thank god, "i'm so sorry" he says and i quickly change.i slip my shirt on, "you can look now" i laugh, "your not naked right" he says, "i'm not" i laugh. he uncovered his eyes hesitantly and sighed, "i'm so sorry" he apologises again, "it's fine, but uh what did you want" i say, "oh mattia wanted you to come downstairs" he says and i nod.
i followed behind him as he showed me where mattia was, "in there" he points to a room and i didn't wanna go in, i know i said i was comfortable but this makes my anxiety hit the roof. matt laughed at me, "i'll take you in if you want" he says, "please" i nod.
we walked in and the room went quiet, everyone looked at the two of us as we walked over to mattia,the room only had males, literally no females, now i felt uncomfortable. i stood next to him awkwardly, "why did you change" he whispered, i shrug. some dude got me a seat and i sat next to mattia, he talked and talked and i don't know why the fuck i'm in here. some of the dudes in here weren't here before so i don't know who they are, and they were the dudes that were looking at me funny. "and for those who don't know, this is my girlfriend and i don't want anyone to touch her in anyway, because family or not i'll kill you" he says, i felt weird because why would he say that to his family, i'm not that important.
as mattia was talking i saw two dudes whispering shit and pointing to mattia, i'm one to pick up bad vibes and theirs is just radiating that shit, i kept watching them just to make sure. i think mattia was picking up on my vibes because he kept looking over to me, everyone started chatting among themselves and mattia nudged me "what's up withcu" he says, "nothing" i shrug and look back over to those two dudes who weren't there no more. i look back over to mattia and see one of the dudes standing in the corner with a gun pointed at mattia, my first instinct was to jump onto mattia to shield him. i heard gun shots go off as i landed on top of him. i somehow managed to reach for my gun and shot the dude, making him drop to the ground. everything went so fast i was only just realising i got shot in the arm, the pain was so painful. i look down to see mattia underneath me with an unexplainable look. he rolled me over and shouted out for help as he held my arm, surely i'm not gonna die.
all i remember is mattias grandmother purring shit on my arm before blacking out.
