journey and all them were coming to pick me up so we could go to journeys little sisters birthday. i hadn't told mattia yet because we literally just fixed things lastnight and i don't know how he gonna react. mattia got people to move my shit back into his place and i decided now would be a great time to tell him, "hey" i say and he looks at me, "what you need" he rolls his eyes playfully, "can i go to journeys little sisters birthday party" i say and he narrows his eyes, "sure, but be back before 9" he says and i hug him, "yay thank you" i say and he shrugs.
everyone walked me out to journeys car i don't know why but okay, i hopped in the passenger seat and they all waved me off, weird.
"so y'all friends now" jake asks and i nod, "yeah i guess" i say and he nods. i'm suprised jake didn't throw a tantrum, we vibed to music till we got to the birthday party.
we pulled up and i saw her run straight upto me, "y/n you came" she squealed and i laughed, "ofcourse i did" i laugh. all her friends kept screaming at me asking me to make tiktoks with them and asking about the boys, i bit the inside of my cheek becoming overwhelmed by all the questions and stuff. they were only young i know but there was like 15 of them throwing questions at once. i put my phone on do not disturb so i don't get distracted.jakes sister slowly disappeared into the crowd and her smile faded, "can y'all let the birthday girl back up here for a sec" i say as nicely as possible, they all nod and let her back infront, "you okay" i say and go down to her level, "yeah i'm okay" she smiles.
the birthday was a success, i put her to bed after a big day and i went to find journey and all them.
i already knew they were in his room playing video games. i went on in and sure enough they were raging at eachother, "hey can someone take me home" i say and they all carry on with their game, it was 6pm way before 9 but i was tired. "yeah i'll take you after this" journey says and i nod.
i laid in journeys bed and scrolled through tiktok, "i have to go before 9" i say just so they know, "why" dave says, "probably because her boyfriend wants her too" jake says, "shut up" journey says, "no it's fine, and yeah he does actually sorry if that's affecting you in anyway" i say and he turns to me and pulls faces at me. "your such a child" matthew laughs.
i woke and quickly reached for my phone to check the time, it was 9:30 i must of fell asleep. "fucking dicks" i say and they all turn to me, "what" they say in unison, "why didn't y'all wake me" i say, "shit sorry we lost track of time" dave says, "well can you drop me off now" i ask and journey nods. everyone stayed back to play the game and journey took me home, "don't listen to jake, he's just a fucking simp" journey says and i laugh, "don't worry i don't" i say.
we pulled up to mattias and he was sat out on the step, he looked really nice wonder what the occasion was. "damn bruh y'all had a date or sumn" journey asks and i shook my head "not that i know of" i say and get out the car.
journey left and i walked over to mattia, "where the fuck were you"he says, "i'm sorry i lost track of time" i say and he looked at me disappointed, "we were calling for the longest" he says and i face palm myself and take my phone off so not disturb, "i forgot i put do not disturb on" i say and he rolls his eyes, "i let you do what you had to do today, and all i asked of you was to be back before 9 that was all" he says and i felt terrible, "i know baby and i'm sorry" i say, "you know if you and journey are lowkey a thing you can tell me" he says and i shake my head "what the fuck no" i say and he shrugs, "alright i'm tired, just wanted to see if you were fine and yup you are so goodnight" he says and leaves me outside. "goodnight" i say before he slammed the door.
i sat outside and stared up at the stars, i let out a big sigh, "fuck sake" i say to myself. i recollected myself before going inside, i didn't wanna sleep with mattia because i think he's mad at me so i went to kairis room. "kai" i whisper, "kairi" i whisper again and i hear him shuffle around, "y/n what are you doing" he says, "can i sleep in here, i think mattia is mad at me" i say. "sure" he says.
i jumped in his covers, "do you know why he's mad at me" i ask, "because bruh your playing with his heart" kairi says and sigh, "it's not even like that i fell asleep in journeys bed and-" "journeys bed?" kairi cut me off, "no not like that, everyone was playing the game and i had to wait for journey to drop me off" i say, "oh aright, but y/n you should probably give your time to just mattia" kairi says, "but they are my friends dude, just like how y'all are. your telling me mattia doesn't have friends that are girls" i say, "only vic, taylor and maddie, the rest hes either killed for liking him or threatened to kill " kairi says and i laugh because it sounds like something he'd do, "yeah okay, goodnight" i say, "goodnight sis" he says.
