Chapter 36 | Jiro's Pov

Jiro's Pov.

   Ochaco wasn't acting like normal the next day... She was zoned out most of the time... Wearing her winter uniform when it was summer... And she even said she had a headache before hero training! But she was pretty sure that wasn't the case...

  Ochaco invited her to a sleepover at her dorm. Jiro wanted to know what was going on with her. It would be the perfect time to ask what was going on.

  She was the second to arrive, Momo being the first, but right behind her was Tsu, and soon after Mina and Toru.

  "Hey..." Ochaco started, but her voice was so unenthusiastic and unsure, "I have a group dare for all of us..." 

  "What is it?" Mina asked, looking excited.

  "Well, what if we stayed up the entire night? And if one of us falls asleep then we need to wake them up right away," Ochaco suggested.

  "Can we spice it up a little? Like, what if you fall asleep then you have to confess to your crush?" Mina smirked.

  'Meaning I'd have to confess to Kam- Wait no! What am I thinking!? I don't have a crush on anyone! No! No! No!'

  "No fair!" Toru crossed her arms, "You don't have a crush!"

  'So she has a crush, eh?"

  "Meaning that you have one. Toru! My best friend didn't tell me about her crush!" Mina put the back of her hand on her forehead dramatically.

  "Sorry Mina, but I didn't want what happened to IzuOcha happen to me and O-" she stopped herself and covered her mouth.

  "Ojiro! Knew it, ribbit!" Tsu smiled.

  "So you're saying that you had an idea and you didn't tell me?" Mina glanced at Tsu.

  Ochaco's phone buzzed, and when she picked it up, her face turned red.

  "You're blushing, it's from Midoriya," Mina smirked at her. Then a few seconds later she stole the phone from her friend's hands.

  "Ooh!" Mina squealed.

  "What does it say, ribbit?" Tsu wondered aloud.

  "Give it back!" she reached for her phone, but Mina held it out of her reach.

  "It says "I'm here for you"," Mina told everyone and then handed her phone back to her.

  'Aw, that's nice.'

  "Is Villain Midoriya still haunting you?" Momo questioned with concerned eyes.

  A moment of realization struck her like lightning.

  'Wait... Is that what the message was about? Was that why Uraraka was acting so weird the whole day?'

  "Y-Yeah..." Ochaco admitted.

  "What was your last dream about?" Jiro questioned. She needed to know more now that she knew about it. Whatever she could do to help her friend.

  She just sat there, with so much fear in her eyes, motionless.

  "Er..." Ochaco trailed off, "A little painful to think about."

  "Does Midoriya know?" Toru asked in a voice different from any time she mentioned Deku in a sentence, it was really sincere and soft.

  She nodded, looking like she was about to cry...

  "Please, will you at least give us an idea of what happened, ribbit?" Tsu asked.

  "Villain Deku... didn't even try to pose as the real Deku this time... He just... went right at me... Little did I know that when he-" Ochaco's hand hovered over a part of her leg, but then snapped it back in front of her.

 That was when they heard a knock at the door.

  "Let's hope it's not Mineta..." Momo sighed.

  Ochaco stood up and started walking toward the door.

  "Yeah, we're all here, so it has to be one of the boys," Mina pointed out the obvious.

  She opened the door and leaned down to pick up something before blushing.

  "What is it?" Toru asked.

  "Uh..." Ochaco was hiding behind her back, "Probably just a prank or something."

  'Yeah right...'

  Mina walked up to Ochaco and stole whatever was in her hands.

  "So where did you get this then?" Mina stole the note from her other hand and started reading it before smirking, "Oh, I get it now."

  "Can I have some, ribbit?" Tsu asked.

  "Y-" Ochaco was cut off.

  "No, it was from Midoriya," Mina has a mischievous glint in her eye.

  "Never mind, ribbit," Tsu smiled.

  "He was just being nice, there's no reason t-" Uraraka was cut off again.

  "She probably texted him something and then he went down to the common area himself to get it," Momo guessed, and then she passed the note on.

  Jiro read the note. It said "I hope that this takes your mind off your nightmares. Stay safe!". So he gave her this because of her nightmares...

  "Someone looks pleased," Mina teased. Ochaco was smiling and blushing while starig at the mochi. She looked back up at her friends.

  "Okay, well anyway-" Uraraka was about to say something very important, but was cut off.

  "Don't be changing the subject!" Mina interrupted.

  "But-" Ochaco tried.

  "No buts, you need to confess to Midoriya," Mina definitely didn't beat around the bush...

  'This conversation went from zero to a hundred in a matter of seconds...'

  "Um... Well..." Ochaco stopped herself and sighed, "The truth is, I was already thinking about it..."

  'Wow, crazy! I thought it would never happen!'

   After they got past her doubt, Uraraka agreed that she would confess.

  But then they realized that Ochaco was hiding something from them...

  "Well, if you don't tell us now, I'll just ask Midoriya and tell everyone else here," Mina threatened.

"N-No!" Uraraka would rather tell them herself, "The truth is... Villain Deku might kill me..."

 'Wait, she's serious!?'

  "What are you talking about? How is that possible?" Toru asked her. Ochaco looked as if she had no words.

  "I-I don't want to talk about it..." Ochaco told them. 

  "So that's it?" Mina had an angry tone of voice.

  "Hmm?" the brunette looked up into Mina's eyes.

  "You're just gong to leave it off as that you might die and not explain a single thing?" she actually sounded serious this time... Mina wasn't messing around.

  "I-I..." this was all so strange... but Ochaco looked like she couldn't say anything...
