Chapter 47 | Tag!

Kaminari's Pov.

  His alarm beeped and he woke up.  Yawning, he stretched.

  'Waking up in the middle of the night isn't a good habit... I should probably try to get more sleep...'

  After trudging out of bed, he walked down to the common room.

  The girls were already there, still playing Just Dance except they looked really tired now and weren't really making an effort to dance.

  'That's right... they can't go to sleep...'

  Uraraka was there too, but Mina wasn't there.

  "Are you guys okay?" he asked them.

  "I'm tired..." Kyoka admitted, "But I took a nap yesterday, so they're even more tired than me... but I took a nap before, so I'm better then they are..."

  'She just repeated herself... is she okay?'

  'What time is it..?'

  It was way earlier than school! Why was he up?

  'Right... training with the others...'

  "Are you ready for Midoriya's early in the morning training session?" Kaminari asked Kyoka.

  "Not really..." she sighed.

  "Honestly.." he made his voice go quieter, "I don't think I'm ready for it even though I slept..."

  Kyoka smiled a little, but it faded quickly.

  Midoriya walked down to the common room.

  "How long have you guys been up?" he asked the girls.

  "All night..." Uraraka sighed. But it wasn't like any of them had a choice...

  Midoriya looked like he regretted asked, and nodded his head.

  "So... are you guys sure that you're up for training?" Midoriya questioned.

  "We have to stay awake anyway... we might as well..." Yaoyorozu sighed too, "The sooner we figure out how to defeat this villain, the sooner we can get some rest..."

  Todoroki, Ojiro and Tokoyami walked down the stairs.

  Kaminari surveyed the girls a little more closely. He realized that they might collapse any minute now!

  'Midoriya said the only way to stop the villain from hurting them was sleeping in the same room... but even then they still get nightmares... Jeeze! I'm starting to sound like Midoriya when he's muttering!'

  Kaminari shook his head around to clear his thoughts.

  "Okay, everyone's here now," Midoriya started walking to the door, "Let's get to training."

  He sighed, but strolled out of the room like everyone else did.

  Over then next half hour they did exercises.

  "We're going to play a game now," Midoriya told them, "To make it a little more interesting."

  He was really confused... What did he mean?

  "The girls are going to run away and we're going to paint our hands and try to tag them. They need to stay in the clearing though," Midoriya explained, "If we tag them, they're out. Wow, this sounded way less ridiculous in my head..."

  'Well, they need to practice dodging... and this definitely makes things more interesting... It's not the worst idea! Jeeze... I'm turning into Midoriya...'
