Chapter 74 | News

Kaminari's Pov.

  He headed down to the Common Room only to find a big group surrounding something. At first, he thought it was Monkey Clear, but then he realized that they were a part of the crowd.

  'Huh? Weird...'

  Kaminari walked over to the group. Sato was in the middle crowd... and... there were packed bags!? Was he leaving!?

  "Promise you'll send us desserts every month?" Kirishima fist bumped Sato.

  "Okay, fine," Sato nodded.

  "Wait, what's happening!? Is everything okay!?" he pushed to the front of the crowd.

  "I... Got expelled..." Sato sighed, "No matter how much I studied with Yaoyorozu and worked on my quirk... I just couldn't get good enough grades..."

  There was a pause. It lasted a few seconds.

  "Maybe we'll meet again someday," Sato tried.

  "Which hero school are you going to now?" Koda signed.

  "I'm... Not planning on going to another hero school," he admitted.

  "What!?" everyone exclaimed.

  "I said to myself that if I didn't get into UA that I would go be a baker," Sato announced, "I'm going to open a bakery and you guys might visit sometimes."

  "Do we get discounts because we're your friends?" Ashido asked.

  "Maybe," Sato laughed, "But I need to get out of here now, so bye guys! We'll meet again!"

  Everyone started to say their goodbyes again and wished him a good life.

  'He must've really thought he was going to be a baker. The acceptance rate for UA is very low.'

  "Bye... Sato..." he waved.

  The sun was setting. But it really had been a crazy day... Maybe it was time to get some sleep...

  "We need to all visit sometime!" Sero said loud enough for everyone to hear.

  "Only one problem with that..." Kaminari sighed.

  "And what's that?" Sero wondered.

  "Ten of us wouldn't be able to join you because we're all stuck in the campus," Kaminari told him.

  Mr. Aizawa walked in the building.

 "You're all getting another classmate..." Mr. Aizawa announced, "She will be arriving soon..."

 "It would be most beneficial if you gave us the date of the new student's arrival," Iida commented, making a chopping motion with his hands.

  "Soon..." Mr. Aizawa repeated.

  "Did you say "she"!?" Mina had a big smile on her face, "Yay! There'll be more than six of us!"

  "I'm so excited!" Uraraka jumped in the air, "I can't wait to meet them!"

  "Yeah!" the class agreed, but then Kyoka left the room.

  He went after her.

  "What is it?" he asked her.

  "I bet that the girl that'll be here will be just as pretty as the others..." she sighed, "I-"

  "Stop," he put a finger to her lips, "Look, you're always mad when I'm comparing us to other couples, and I'm mad right now that you're comparing yourself to other girls."

  "Huh? I didn't think you could get mad at anything," Kyoka took his finger off her mouth, "Only laugh everything off."

  "Stop comparing yourself to every other freaking girl," Kaminari told her.

  "Okay, okay," she nodded her head, "If you stop comparing us to everyone else."

  "Deal," he hugged her. A one second hug, but it was fine.

Jiro's Pov.

  She couldn't believe it when she heard that Sato was leaving... It was really surprising...

  After that talk with Kaminari, she couldn't help but be excited for the new girl to be here! There wouldn't be only six girls in the class then!

  "I'm so excited for the new girl!" Toru exclaimed. At the moment they were all in Mina's dorm talking.

  "Me too!" they all smiled.

  "But... One thing..." Momo started.

  "What is it, ribbit?" Tsu wondered.

  "Well..." Momo sighed, "If she's a new girl in this class, will she be a target for the villain?"

  Jiro froze. Everyone froze.

  "Only if she has a crush," Uraraka broke the silence after a few moments, "But you can't stop love..."

  "This is bad... We need to warn her!" Toru flailed her arms around, or... It looked that way anyway. Tat was when Toru hit Mina in the head, "Sorry!"

  "It's okay, you guys are right," Mina rubbed the side of her head, "I never wanted this to happen to any of you though... I know I don't have a crush... But... I want to share in your suffering... I don't want you all to suffer alone! I don't want to be left out..."

  "Just be glad that you don't have this," Momo told her, "I understand, but it's better this way. And we're not alone, we have each other, and you. We can't leave the campus, but you can. You can go wherever you want out there, so we need you."

  "If anything, you're suffering more than us because you get to go outside campus. It means you'll have to run errands for us," Toru joked.

  "I guess..." Mina sighed, "Anyway, any interesting news?"

  "Ojiro and I are together," Toru told them.

  "What!? Spill all the details!" Mina shouted.

  "Are you asking because you weren't able to stalk them yourself?" Jiro sighed.

  "It was a real surprise," Toru ignored her, "It was after I confessed. Kaminari, Midoriya, and Ojiro knocked on my door while Ochaco and Jiro were in there. Midoriya and Kaminari pushed Ojiro in my room and grabbed Jiro and Ochaco before holding the handle so we couldn't leave."

  "Deku was so surprised," Ochaoc giggled, "And he wasn't even the one that was pulled out of the room! He said that he didn't even know why he went along with "the plan"."

  "I had a conversation with Ojiro and we got together," Toru finsihed, "The end."

  "Aww that's it?" Mina pouted, "Oh well, here's your scrapbook."

  Mina handed her the scrapbook and Toru opened it. It was really cute! There was a montage of when they were together!

  "Wait... How did you even get some of these..? Jiro pointed at a few.

  "You all know by now that I stalk you when you're with your ship," Mina waved the thought away with her hand.

  "By the way Jiro, get together with Kaminari so I can give you your scrapbook!" Mina whined, "You know what? You're going to get together right now and then we're going to have a party for you and OjiToru."

  Mina somehow pushed her to Kaminari's dorm, opened the door without knocking, and then shoved her in.
