Epilogue 2 | "Idiot"

Kaminari's Pov.

  'I hope this works...'

  "Hey! I have some places to take you!" Kaminari urged Kyoka.

  "What? Come on! We have one single day off from work and you want to patrol!?" she grumbled.

  "No! We're not patrolling!" Kaminari promised, "Please Kyoka?"

  'Come on... Come on...'

  "Okay idiot, let's just go," she stood up.

  First, they walked around the city. Well, more like he was leading her one place in particular.

  "Are you sure that this isn't a patrol?" she asked.

  "I promise," he assured her, "I just wanted to get dinner with you."

  "Okay," Kyoka nodded her head.

  They got to the restaurant.

  "Look familiar?" he turned to her.

  "Yeah, this is the place that Sero and I went on a date and then you and Ashido crashed it. Why?" she wondered.

  "Let's go!" he took her hand and they went inside.

  "A table for two please," Kaminari told a waiter.

  "Okay, right this way," they followed the waiter to a table.

  "Wait a minute... You're Earphone Jack! The pro hero!" the waiter noticed, "Can I get your autograph?"

  "Er... Sure?" she gave him her autograph.

  'Aw... Come on! How come she's noticed in public and I'm not?'

  "Can I get your phone number?" he questioned.

  "Could you just get us some water?" Kaminari cut in.

  'After a long time fighting with Sero over Kyoka... There's no way I'm going to give her up!'

  "Oh yeah! Sure!" he left.

  He came back with the water and set it by them.

  The waiter continued to talk to Kyoka every time he came back with more food until it was too far.

  "Please stop talking to my girlfriend," he told the waiter.

  "Denki, you don't have to get jealous," she touched his shoulder, "After all, you wanted me to love you forever, right?"

  He nodded.

  "Well that's what I have been doing and I'm not going to stop," she insisted.

  They left the restaurant and he had just one more place to take her...

  "Kyoka, let's go!" he pulled her to their next destination.

  "A mochi shop..?" she looked confused.

  "Mango for both of us, please!" he ordered after they got the mochi, he grabbed her hand and started running.

  "What are you doing idiot!?" she exclaimed, and then fell over.

  Kaminari skidded to a stop and then extended his hand to help her up.

  "Sorry... I got excited..." he apologized.

  She peered at his hand. 

  "This better be good," she took it and stood up.
