Few months passed, after Vincien went to Newark, Krislene often sees again that person who owns a pair of blue eyes. Parati kasi itong kasama ng Ate nyang si Kristene. And just like before, hatid-sundo nito madalas ang kapatid nya. And like the usual that she does, whenever Dylan is just around, she'll just look at them from afar. And in doing that for how many months, slowly, she got to know a part of Dylan's character by just observing. Well, hindi naman nya lubos na kilala ito pero mayroon itong mga katangian na tumatak sa isip nya. And one of those traits is that he's really a caring person.

Dylan knew about her Sister and Vincien's relationship but still, he's always there for her Sister. And she can clearly see that Dylan has feelings for her Sister. But even though Dylan has feelings for Kristene, he's fine by just being by her Sister's side.

Tulad nya.

She's fine by just looking at him from afar. Atleast, natititigan nya ang asul na kulay ng mata nito ng matagal. Dahil sigurado sya, na kapag dumating sa punto na kaharap nya na ito, baka tubuan sya ng hiya dahil hindi nya kayang tignan ang mga mata nito. Pakiramdam nya kasi ay malulunod sya sa asul na kulay ng mata nito.

Although she wanted, even once in her life, to be near him, maybe now is not the right time. Oo, kilala nya si Dylan ng halos malapit na mag-isang taon. Pero kilala ba sya ni Dylan? Sigurado syang hindi.

She's in the middle of having a lot of random thoughts, like always, when she heard her phone ringing. As usual, she picked-up the call without looking at the caller.

"Yep?"

"Krislene, I'm with a friend and we're about to leave here at Le Mortejo. I invited someone to celebrate New Year with us tonight."

It was her Sister, Kristene, who called.

"Oh! Ate K! Sure. Ingat sa pag-uwi dito."

"Please tell Vaughn okay?"

"No worries my dear Ate K. Bye!"

After the call ended, she's actually curious kung sino ang kasama ng kapatid nya. Usually, it's just the three of them who always celebrate New Year's eve. Bihira kasi talaga umuwi ang mga magulang nila. Although she understands their parents, somehow she often feels sad. Hindi kasi sila nakukumpleto palagi. But among the two of them, ang kapatid nyang si Kristene ang may malaking pagtatampo sa mga magulang nila. And of course, she also understands her. Sino ba ang may ayaw makasama ang mga magulang nila parati diba? Kahit naman sya. Though she haven't talked to their parents about it, but God knows how much she wanted to be with their parents, lalo na ito rin ang gusto ng kapatid nya.

Everything for their happiness, mostly, her Sister's happiness is her priority.

Krislene decided to take a bath so that she could somehow look presentable. May kasama silang magce-celebrate ng New Year eh. She choose to wear a navy blue romper partnered with a gold gladiator sandals. And since her hair is still wet, she just let it down. Mahaba na kasi ang buhok nya. Hanggang bewang nya ito at ayaw naman nyang pagupitan ito. Nanghihinayang kasi sya. Besides, she misses how her Sister takes care of her hair by combing or tying it almost everyday. Iyon na ang bonding nila kumbaga. But since her Sister is staying at the penthouse often, hindi na nila ito nagagawa.

When she's already settled, she went downstairs only to find her Sister already arrived. Dahil sa sobrang ka-excited-an, hindi nya napansin ang kasama ng kanyang kapatid, dahil hindi ito hagip kung nasaan sya.

She excitedly run towards her Sister with a smile on her face. "Hey Ate K! Welcome back—" Napatigil sya sa pagsasalita nang makita nya ang kasama ng kanyang kapatid. And the smile on her face turned into a shock. Or more like, she was really surprised to see that man with a pair of blue eyes.
