Matapos ang ilang ulit na hindi matuloy-tuloy sila Krislene at Dylan, finally! Today is Krislene's much awaited time to go to her happy place. And honestly, she's feeling mixed emotions right now. She's excited and happy but at the same time, she's feeling nervous, sad and guilty at the same time.

She's excited and happy because finally, after a decade of waiting, she'll see her once childhood sweetheart. Nervous because it's their first time to meet once again after how many years. Sad and guilty because she can't fulfill her promise to him. As to why? Because she fell in love with another man, the King of his heart, and he's none other than Dylan Kingsley.

Honestly, she's still confused on how Dylan met his childhood friend. Iyon ang hindi maalis-alis na katanungan sa isip nya hanggang ngayon. Did they meet while she's not around in that two years? Or they know each other since then?Ang dami pang katanungan sa isip nya at palagi nyang tinatanong si Dylan pero ayaw naman nito sagutin. Ang sabi lang nito sa kanya, sya na mismo ang magtanong sa kababata nya kapag nagkita na sila.

But also, she's surprised that Dylan is still calm right now. Dahil tuwing ibang lalaki ang usapan, palagi itong grumpy, nagseselos at sobrang possessive. Hindi kaya kaibigan ito ni Dylan kaya't ganito ito ka-kalmado ngayon?

She went back from her reverie when she felt Dylan held and intertwined their hands before kissing it.

Ah. My ever sweet and loving ocean.

"You're quiet my Queen. What's running on your mind? Is it your childhood sweet...heart?"

"Uhm... yeah, I mean childhood friend."

"Ano namang iniisip mo tungkol sa kanya hmm?"

Krislene bit her lower lip before glancing at Dylan. And still, she's confused because he really looks calm and happy right now. "Sigurado ka gusto mong malaman kung anong naiisip ko? Baka magselos ka nanaman tapos ibangga mo 'tong sasakyan pag nakakita ka ng batang ililigtas?"

At dahil sa sinabi ni Krislene, hindi napigilan ni Dylan ang mapabunghalit ng tawa. "Lene! You're thinking too much!"

Krislene look at Dylan flatly, "Ang saya mo ano?"

"Of course! I'm happy because of you."

Then Krislene went serious once again. "Pero sure ka talaga? I mean I'll mention another guy. So are you really okay hearing it?"

"Try me my Queen."

Krislene took a deep breath before she spoke once again. "Okay. Uhm... honestly, I'm happy and excited but at the same time, I'm nervous and guilty."

"Okay, let's start with happy and excited." Dylan said.

"Well, I'm happy and excited because finally we'll meet again after how many years of being apart from each other. Yung una at huling magkasama kami, doon sa bahay sa Pagudpud. Then hindi na 'yon nasundan kasi hindi ko naman alam kung nasaan sya o kung bumalik ba sya dito sa Pinas noon. And now we'll see each other again after a long time. But I'm nervous and guilty too."

"Nervous and guilty because?"

"Syempre. First time ko ulit sya makikita after a long time. Hindi ko nga alam ang itsura nya ngayon eh. Basta ang alam ko, his name is King and he has blue eyes like yours. But I'm guilty because I can't fulfill our spoken promise when we were still young. Kasi may mahal na ako eh. At ikaw 'yon."

Napatango-tango naman si Dylan at saglit n napatahimik bago ito muling magsalita. "Kung... hindi ba tayo nagkakilala, tutuparin mo pa rin ang pangako mo sa kanya?"

"That's my plan for a long time, not until I met you. And I want to apologize to him for breaking my promise. Kasi sobrang na-inlove ako sayo eh."

Krislene noticed Dylan trying to supress his smile. Someone's happy and proud.
