Krislene can't really believe when her Sister Kristene told her what happened on their first gig at Le Mortejo. For her, Midnight band, though still has a long way to go to be called professionals, but they aren't amateur either. They're skilled musicians already. Even her Sister knows how to play some instruments aside from being the vocalist of the band.

And what she can't believe the most? It looks like the decision wasn't based on how they performed but rather, it was a personal decision from someone. Someone who has a very high ego and pride. Well, she based it on how her Sister told her the whole story.

Honestly, it was a mental stress for Maru, her Sister's first ever girl best friend. Good thing they'll be having their vacation. Atleast, it would give them a bit of relaxation. She badly wanted to come with them. But it's Midnight's first ever vacation. Though she had been a part of it, but that was before. Besides, it will be an opportunity for Vincien and her Sister Kristene to have some quality time alone together.

As soon as she arrived home, she heard her phone ringing so she reached for it inside her bag and answered, still the usual, without looking at the caller.

"Yep?"

"Krislene."

"Oh hey there Kuya V!"

"Is your Sister already there?"

Krislene got confused with Vincien's tone of voice. He seemed worried. She was about to answer him when she saw Vaughn, not far from her, gesturing her not to tell anything while shooking his head. From there, she got it. Looks like, something happened again between her Sister and Vincien.

"I'm not sure Kuya V. I'm still on my way home right now." She said as she looked at her brother with a relief on his face. "I'll get back to you when I got home."

Then she heard Vincien sighed before he spoke, "Okay."

Curious, she asked, "Did something happened?"

"Yes." Vincien answered with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"Do you want to tell me what happened?" She wanted to know not because she wanted to poke her nose into their personal business but she wanted to be fair knowing Vincien's side and her Sister's side of story.

"Okay. Well..." Then Vincien told her what really happened between them earlier. To be honest, she's pissed once again with Vincien pero nangingibabaw ang galit nya sa girlfriend nito. At dahil doon, hindi nya naiwasang pagsalitaan ito ng hindi maganda.

"Eh gaga pala 'yang girlfriend mo eh. She has the guts to hurt Ate K physically? Ni sarili nga naming magulang kahit kailan, hindi pinagbuhatan ng kamay si Ate K. Ang kapal ha?"

"I-I know—"

"Isa ka pa Kuya V! You knew? Really? Because if you really know, hindi mangyayari ito. Again, I'm so dissapointed with you. You hurt my Sister once again. Akala ko ba aayusin mo na? Bakit kitang-kita mo na nga sa mga mata mo, you still choose to break my Ate K's heart?"

Then Vincien went silent on the other line. Honestly, she's fuming mad right now. She can feel her hands getting cold and trembling but her brother Vaughn walked towards her as he gently tap her shoulder, calming her. But she can't! Ang kapatid nya ang usapan eh!
