Elijah's POV

It's been four months now since Niklaus came here. He met with our family here, and I can't say that went exactly to plan. As expected he didn't have a good reaction seeing Mother here, but he got to reconnect with Henrik and Finn. He yelled and smashed a few things, bringing up all the things she has done to him, and how he will never forgive her for what she did with Hope, and I can't blame him for that. But after a few meetings, they have started to make a relationship again.

When I spoke to Mother about how he was changing Hayley, she suggested that I should get him to spend time with Camille again. So that's what I did. They have been going out places nearly every day and started a relationship. Me and Hayley have been getting on better, everything was getting back into place again, just how it should be. Niklaus still lives with us, but it doesn't bother me anymore. He is a lot kinder to people now, being patient and respectful. However, he still has a long way to go. His short temper hasn't improved, especially when he is with our Mother, but I have hope that he will be a better person here. He spends time with the pack and has formed a bond with Hayley's parents. Victoria accepted him after the first week of being here, but Andrew took some time. He still is a little weary, but I think that he actually likes Niklaus. They talk a lot, with Niklaus telling them both about Hope, drawing sketches of her to show them what she looks like. For a thousand years, I never thought I would see this side of him again, but here he is proving me wrong. I just wish he had been like this for all of his life, instead of having resentment against everyone.

It's early morning, and I can hear some voices coming from the living room. Hayley is missing from our bed, so I get up and quickly get dressed. When I enter, I see Hayley's parents sat next to each other on the sofa, Hayley sat opposite them in one of the chairs, and Klaus is stood behind Hayley's chair. He moves forward, resting his elbows on the top of it. I normally would wait for them to finish talking but seeing as they are in my house; I clear my throat making my presence known. Klaus turns his head slightly but moves back again to look at Victoria. "I would love that. Thank you both." He says to her and Andrew. They smile at him and stand up.

"Morning Elijah. Hope you have a good day." Says Victoria, as she and Andrew walk past me, saying goodbye and walk out the door.

"What was that about?" I look at them both. Hayley stands and looks at Klaus, before looking back at me.

"We were just discussing the next full moon. They were saying how Klaus is apart of the pack now, and that means he is free to join us whenever we are all turning. Of course, he can turn whenever he wants, like me, but they want him to feel included." She smiles, and walked up to me, kissing me on the cheek. "Well, I'm going to meet Cami and Josh. Do you want to join us?"

I shake my head. "I'm going to see my Mother. Niklaus, should we get going?"

"Sorry Elijah, but I'm going with Hayley. Cami wanted me to spend some time with her."

I look at him confused but choose to ignore it. It was me after all that persuaded him to go out with her again. Cami is the right person for him. She is there if he needs someone to turn to, and that's exactly what he needs. They walk out the door, and I leave too, making my way to my Mothers.

Josh's POV

I'm sat in the bar with Cami as Hayley and Klaus walk in. Hayley hugs us both, while Klaus goes to Cami and kisses her before they both sit opposite us. After I died, me and Cami grew even closer, and me and Hayley became best friends. During the four months that Klaus has been here, I see how much he has changed, no longer paranoid, and he is happy. Well, his kind of happy. He is actually quite funny, and if we were different people in life, we would have been good friends. I'm happy for Cami to have him back again, but to be truthful, something is off with them, especially Klaus. I don't know, but it's not the same as they were before.

"So, what is Elijah doing today?" I ask Hayley.

"Oh, he is going to Esther's." She replies.

"It seems like he lives with her, the amount of time he spends with her." I laugh, and Cami joins in.

"Yeah, well, it's nearly the full moon, and he never wants to be with around the pack around this time. He hates them turning. I guess it's because of Henrick. Or that we might accidentally but him and he turns into a hairy dog." Klaus says, laughing at the thought of Elijah turning into a hairy dog.

"Or it's the fact he can't accept that I am a werewolf, being able to turn into another being." Hayley mumbles.

"What do you mean?" Klaus asks her. We look at her questionably.

"It doesn't matter. He just doesn't like me turning. Anyway, what are we doing for Cami's birthday next week?" She asks, changing the subject.

We talk about the plans that we have in place for the party for Cami birthday. Cami's friends that she has made in death, including some of the pack, are going to celebrate at Rousseau's. Her Uncle is also here, seeing as he died a vampire, allowing her to reconnect with him. Sadly, she couldn't reconnect with her twin brother Sean, as he died a human. Her and Kirean have a great relationship now, and they see each other nearly every day. I'm happy that she has him back.

After talking for a few hours, Klaus and Hayley go to their home, while me and Cami go to ours. Cami lives on her own, while I live with Aiden. Yes, I finally got my happily ever after, but just in death. I just wish I had Davina and Marcel here. Obviously, I don't wish that they die, but that I could see and talk to them. I hope they are living their best lives right now.

Author's note

Hi guys. This is my worst chapter, but I just needed to get this one out of the way, to get to where I need to be. There might be some time jumps because I don't want this story to take forever to get to the next part in the description of the book. I hope you are following this, I apologise if it doesn't make sense. I will try to write more, just had a lot on with school. Anyway, on with the story.
