Gender reveal

Three months later 

Hayley's POV 

Everyone is getting really excited. The gender reveal is today. Davina is now four months pregnant and she is starting to show. It is also November, being ten and a half months since me and Klaus came back from the dead. I'm currently sat in the kitchen, drinking some blood. Leah had stayed over last night, she was here quite often but I didn't mind, she was really nice. Hope and Rafael had to go back to school two months ago. I was a bit down at first, missing hearing them laugh in the mornings, but when we see Hope every once in a while, we see him as well. Hope hasn't forgiven Ric yet, but she is getting there. He apologises every time he sees her. Me and Klaus had secretly been together for six months now, and it was getting harder to pretend, but we were making it work. We haven't spoken about it recently, but I think after Rebekah's birthday, which is at the beginning of April, will be a good time to tell everyone. By then, me and Klaus would have been secretly together for just over eleven months. We didn't officially become a couple until a few months later, but I was counting from the date we had with other people. The night we found out we both lied to each other and actually slept together because we wanted to. My mind then moves to something else. Something odd has been happening to me. Every month, for like three days, I keep bleeding. It's like a period, but I'm part Vampire so it must be a side effect of the drink I had to take to become an Original or something. It doesn't hurt or anything like it did the first time. My thoughts get interrupted by a kiss being placed on my neck. I turn around and see Klaus smirking at me. 

"Hey." I smile and he leans in, kissing me softly. 

"Hey." He says. His morning voice still being heard. "What you thinking about?" I listen for a little bit to see if I can hear anyone. 

"Is anyone up?" I ask and he shakes his head, furrowing his eyebrows at me. "I was thinking about how long we have been together and wondering where you started counting from. I didn't know if you were counting from the date we had with other people, or the day we became an official couple." 

"From the date we had with other people. Why?" He asks me, moving to sit in the seat next to me. 

"Then we have been together for six months," I say and he smiles. "I was also wondering if we should tell them after Rebekah's birthday in April. We will have been together for eleven months then, and by then, Hope's, Elijah's, your's, and Marcel's birthday's will have passed. Everyone will have time to breathe for a bit then." I explain and he thinks for a minute before smiling at me again. 

"Sound's like a plan, Little Wolf." He leans across the island and kisses me again. I wrap my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. The sounds of feet make us spring apart, and he grabs my drink. 

"Hey!" I shout and he smirks, giving me my glass back. 

"Mixing saliva remember." He says and I roll my eyes as I pick up my glass and drink from it myself, smiling.  

"Good morning." Elijah says as he walks in the kitchen with Leah behind him. 

"Morning." Me and Klaus say together. 

"What time are we setting off again?" Elijah asks us, grabbing a glass for Leah to fill with water. 

"The Elijah Mikaelson doesn't know the plan? Oh no. The world is going to come to an end." Klaus says and pulls a surprised face, while Elijah just pulls a fake smile. 

"Eleven." I answer, rolling my eyes at Klaus. 

"Thank you, Hayley. At least you are helpful." He replies and Klaus scoffs. 

"Well, I'm going to get ready, seeing as it is ten, and I might ring my parents. See what they are doing about. You know." I say and down the rest of my blood, and walking past Elijah to put it in the sink.
