Hayley's POV
I look at my calendar and there is one more week till Christmas. I'm so excited; I love Christmas. Me, Klaus and Hope were going shopping today for last-minute things. Klaus was even excited and I like seeing him like this. It always makes me smile when he acts giddy about something. When we were decorating the tree, I thought he was having an attack of some sort, but he was just really happy about putting a certain bauble on. He is so weird, but I love him. Wait. Did I just say I love him?
"Hayley?" A voice makes me jump and I see Leah in front of me. I smile at her and she smiles back. "Your phone is ringing." I look down and see Hope's face on my screen. I accept the call and put it to my ear.
"Hello." I say, smiling.
"Mum, where are you?" She asks me.
"What do you mean?" I ask, confused.
"You're supposed to be picking me up from school remember." I can tell she was rolling her eyes, she is so my daughter.
"Your Dad should be there by now. I'll ring him, hang on." I end the call and then find his name on my phone. He finally answers the second time.
"Hello?" He asks, a little annoyed.
"Where are you? Hope just called wondering where I was. You were supposed to be there ten minutes ago." I rush after starting to panic a little when he didn't answer.
"I'm pulling up now, Little Wolf. Why are you nearly shouting at me?" He asks, his voice changing.
"You didn't answer and I thought something happened." I say quietly.
"Oh, well don't worry. I'm fine. Hang on." There are some noise and a couple of slams. "Hello, Littlest Wolf. Lone Wolf." I hear them answering.
"Mum is trying to ring you. I thought she was picking me up." I hear Hope say.
"I'm on the phone with her now." He says back.
"Why is Raf there?" I ask.
"Oh, I forgot. He has nowhere to stay for Christmas, and no teachers are staying this year for some reason. I forgot to ask you." He explains.
"Oh, ok. That's fine, I don't mind. Hi Raf."
"Hi, Hayley." He replies.
"I'll see you in a bit, Little Wolf." Klaus says and I smile.
"Alright, bye Delta." I say and I hear him chuckle before he ends the call.
I decided to call him Delta as it is Latin for Alpha. I thought it worked since I was Little Wolf and Hope was Littlest Wolf. During my phone call with Klaus, Leah had walked out of the kitchen. Since we explained everything to her, she had decided to stay with Elijah and remember everything. She has her moments when she panics a little, being in a room full of Vampires, but apart from that, she acts exactly like she did before she knew we weren't human. Declan told us everything he knew, and now Marcel is getting his Vampires to find out if there are more and what they want.
Time passes quickly and I am laid on my bed reading a book, back facing the door, when I hear talking. My door opens then shuts, and I feel a shift on my mattress behind me. A kiss is then placed on my cheek.
"I'm sorry for worrying you." Klaus says in a low voice. I roll so I am on my back and face him.
"You better be." I say. He moves his left arm and leg, so is whole body is over me, but he is holding himself up with his hands and feet. He gives me a look, and I roll my eyes, not moving. He then rolls his eyes, and moves one arm down and moves my left leg, making it wrap around his waist so he can put his right knee on the bed. He puts his hand back next to my head and moves his left arm, moving my right leg, so that too wraps around his waist. He puts his other knee on the bed and puts his hand next to my head again.
