"So, how are you holding up?"

Rosy and Artie were walking down the hallway together, Rosy behind his wheelchair and pushing him. Rosy had found herself hanging out with Artie a lot more since the school year started and she really liked hanging out with him. Sure, he said some questionable things sometimes, but he was a good person at heart and a good friend too and right now Rosy felt like she had been lacking in those with Finn and Rachel spending every spare second together. Puck and Artie were mainly who she spent time with nowadays and although she loved them both with all her heart, she missed Rachel a lot too. Puck was her best friend, practically her brother, but there were just some things that Rachel understood better. Like the whole Mike and Tina situation.

"I'm fine, I don't know why everyone keeps asking me that," Rosy said, scoffing and rolling her eyes. "Santana even came to check up on me today. Really, I should be asking you if you're holding up okay since you and Tina actually dated."

"Well-" Artie started, but he was cut off by some commotion down the hallway and the pair looked up to see Azimio and Karofsky at Finn's locker. Rosy could tell that something bad was about to happen so she hurried over, Artie close behind.

"Sorry to interrupt," Artie said, rolling in between Finn and the two bullies, and Rosy eyed the two football players warily, afraid that they would try to hurt Artie. "I'm actually glad you're here to see this. Finn, I just wanted to apologize for getting you kicked off the football team. I just hope there's no hard feelings." Artie said and Finn looked from Artie to Azimio and Karofsky in shock while Rosy watched, an amused smile on her face. "So, what are you guys talking about?"

"Dude, take him!" Karofsky said to Azimio and Rosy moved closer to Finn, discreetly moving to stand in front of him.

"This wheelchair kid is in the way, man, what if I knock him over or something? And the girl too, I can't hit a girl, man." Azimio said and Rosy rolled her eyes, distinctly remembering how Karofsky had shoved Tina into a locker last year during theatricality week.

"There's just something not right about hitting a kid in a wheelchair." Karofsky said and Rosy rolled her eyes again, remembering how Artie had told her about how the football players had locked him in a porta-potty last year and threatened to tip it over.

"You know, the only thing that's saving you right now is my moral code," Azimio said and Rosy snorted. He couldn't claim to have a moral code and then turn around and shove Kurt into a locker every day, that wasn't how it worked. "I don't hit crippled people or girls. But I'll be back." He and Karofsky both walked away and when they were gone, Finn let out a groan and clutched his hand in pain, leaning against his locker.

"Here, let me see," Rosy said, taking his hand in her own and examining it as if she had any idea what she was doing.

"Thanks. Both of you. You saved my ass." Finn said and Artie just shrugged and smiled.

"It was nothing."

Rosy and Rachel were standing outside school the next day and Rosy was trying to pull down the skirt that Rachel had lent her, trying to make it longer. The two were wearing matching outfits, the costume from Britney Spears's "Baby, One More Time" music video since Rachel had had some weird dream about starring in the music video yesterday at her dentist appointment. Rosy hadn't really understood that but she had made a mental note to never visit that dentist.

"Stop, you look great." Rachel said, stopping Rosy's hand and the brunette sighed.

"Rach, I love you and I am willing to support you in anything because I'm your best friend and that's just what best friends do, but I'm already pushing it with Coach Sylvester by being the only Cheerio who wears her hair down, but showing up at school not in uniform? I'll get kicked off the team for sure. Also, this shirt is so short, I'm pretty sure half of my ass is hanging out of it." Rosy said, tugging the skirt down in the back.
