"We have to hold the sign up higher!" Cal was saying. Rosy, Cal, and their parents were waiting in the airport for Spencer and Jesse to arrive and Rosy and Cal were arguing about how high they should hold the sign.
"I can't hold it up any higher, this is as high as my arms go." Rosy explained and Cal rolled his eyes.
"It's not my problem you're short," Cal said and Rosy gasped, but before she could provide a witty retort, her dad interjected.
"There they are." Mr. Alvarez said, pointing to where Spencer and Jesse were rounding the corner. Rosy let out an excited squeal as she and Cal dropped the sign and ran over to the two boys, Cal attacking Spencer with a hug and Rosy launching herself into Jesse's arms. There was laughter and talking for a few seconds before Jesse set Rosy down and she and Cal switched. Cal went to hug Jesse while Rosy grabbed Spencer.
"Are you okay?" Spencer asked her quietly once he had set her down. Rosy had told him and Jesse all about what happened the week before over video call so they were caught up with the situation.
"Fine," Rosy said, nodding quickly, and Spencer gave her a look.
"No, you're not," Spencer said and Rosy shook her head.
"No, I'm not, but I'm hoping if I say it enough times then it'll come true," Rosy said and Spencer sighed.
"I'm so sorry, kid. I'm totally kicking Sam's ass this week." Spencer promised and Rosy sighed.
"Well maybe if we're lucky we won't see him at all," Rosy said and Spencer frowned in confusion.
"Aren't you guys in glee club together?" Spencer asked and Rosy nodded.
"Yeah, but I have my defense squad. Every glee rehearsal Santana and Mike sit next to me and Blaine sits in front of me and Puck sits behind me." Rosy explained and Spencer looked like he wanted to laugh.
"Sounds like a good setup," Spencer said and Rosy nodded.
"Yeah, it is, only problem is that Blaine is short so he's not really blocking my view," Rosy said and Spencer actually laughed at that.
"How is Blaine anyway? I haven't seen him in forever." Spencer said and Rosy grinned.
"Great, he'll be really excited to see you," Rosy said and Spencer smiled too.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's get home."

Luke was waiting for them on the porch when they pulled into the driveway and Rosy ran out to meet him.
"Hey, what are you doing here, I thought we were expecting you at 2:30," Rosy said when she reached him.
"It's 2:40." Luke pointed out and Rosy glanced down at her watch to see that it really was 2:40.
"I'm sorry, we were supposed to be home at 2:00, but then someone wanted coffee," Rosy said and Jesse held up his middle finger in response.
"It's okay, I'm just a little cold," Luke said, shrugging, and Rosy stood up on her tiptoes and pecked his lips.
"Better?" She asked and he grinned.
"Hmm, a little," Luke said and she laughed before going to kiss him again, but her dad walked by before she could.
"Break it up lovebirds." Mr. Alvarez said, but he was smiling, and Rosy rolled her eyes as she set her heels on the ground again. Julia said hi to Luke as she passed and so did Cal after they bumped fists. Once they were both in the house, Rosy leaned up to kiss Luke again, but they were interrupted, this time by her brother.
