Rosy and Sam were in the library studying and Rosy was chewing on her lip and clicking her pen, trying to figure out the answer to a question on her worksheet in her textbook when she felt eyes on her and she looked up to see Sam staring at her. He blushed and quickly looked away and she laughed.

"What's wrong with you? You keep on zoning out. We have a test next week and unfortunately the answers aren't plastered across my face, they're in here." Rosy said, tapping the textbook.

"I know, I know, I'm sorry." Sam said and Rosy nodded before turning her attention back to her textbook. They studied silently for a minute and Rosy was highlighting something in her textbook when she felt eyes on her again and she looked up to see Sam staring at her again. She rolled her eyes before crumpling up a piece of paper and tossing it at him, laughing when it bounced off his nose.

"What's going on with you today, why can't you focus?" Rosy asked and Sam shrugged, looking down at his shoes and she sighed before reaching across the table for his hand.

"Come on Sam, talk to me. We're friends, remember?" Rosy said and Sam looked down at their hands for a second before looking back up at her and signing.

"Is it cheating if you're dating someone but you're kind of interested in someone else too?" Sam asked and Rosy looked at him in surprise before pausing and biting her lip as she chose her next words carefully.

"I think that as long as you don't act upon it then you're not exactly cheating. But I also think that if you think that you're interested in someone else then you should break up with the person you're dating because it's not fair to lead them on." Rosy said finally. "Why? Are you interested in someone other than Quinn?" Rosy asked, and she wasn't sure why, but the idea of Sam being interested in someone that wasn't Quinn made her heart skip a beat.

"What? No! What? I-no!" Sam said and Rosy laughed at the panicked look on his face.

"Okay, okay, calm down. Why'd you ask me then?" Rosy asked and Sam looked down at his shoes again.

"I think that Quinn might be interested in someone else." Sam said quietly and Rosy was surprised when the first person that popped into her head wasn't Puck or herself but Rachel. She had always kinda guessed that there was something going on between the two judging by the way that they looked at each other.

"Who?"

"I think she might be interested in Finn." Sam said and Rosy frowned before shaking her head.

"No, that's crazy, Finn and Quinn are ancient history. They're totally over each other." Rosy promised but Sam just shrugged.

"I don't know, I catch her staring at him a lot." Sam said, frowning.

"Maybe it's because Finn is like a giant and Quinn is zoning out or something and then he just happens to be in her line of vision since he's like a trillion feet tall." Rosy said, trying to get Sam to smile but he just shrugged.

"Maybe." Sam said, but he didn't sound convinced. "Can I ask you something else?"

"Sure." Rosy said, shrugging.

"How come you've never dated anyone?" Sam's question made Rosy's head shoot up in shock.

"What?"

"When we went to the mall to look for your secret santa gift, you said that you'd never had a boyfriend. Why not?" Sam asked and Rosy stared at him for a second before shrugging.

"I guess it's because no one wants to be my boyfriend." Rosy said and Sam scoffed at that.

"Come on, there's no way that's true, you're awesome." Sam said and Rosy wasn't sure why but she felt her cheeks turn a bit pink.
