"I wonder what the service is going to be about tonight," Sarah says

"Well they're splitting the guys and the girls up, so it must be good," Josie says

"Maybe they want us to get different things out of it,"

"Yeah, maybe, We're meeting in the dining hall right?"

"Yeah, the guys are meeting in the chapel," Sarah says

"Grace mentioned a special time after the service to gather around the bonfire and spend time with the guys,"

"Maybe we can use that time to talk to our guys and share our hearts," Josie suggests

"That's not a bad idea, Luke and I have only been back together about two months, but there's some stuff that's been on my heart that I haven't talked to him about yet,"

"Same here, Asher and I just passed 10 months together, Sometimes it's hard to sit down and share your feelings,"

"Sometimes I feel like they don't actually listen when we talk, it goes in one ear and out the other, but other times, you can tell they're attentively listening,"

"Asher is bad about not paying attention when I talk about how I'm feeling, that's why I don't like sharing anymore,"

"I guess we should head to the dining hall, the service starts soon,"

"Yeah, let's go,"

Zack's POV

"I wonder why they separated us from the girls tonight," Luke says

"There's got to be something going on," Asher says

"It's probably a sensitive subject,"

"Like what?"

"I don't know,"

"Hey guys, we're going to get started," Pastor Evan says into the microphone. The room instantly became quiet, nobody spoke, we were all curious. "Tonight, I want to share with you about what love really is, and I know a lot of you are probably thinking that this is too girly, but I think it's important for us as men to understand the true meaning of Love and how we can use our understanding to better our relationships

Whether you are currently dating someone, or you're single, you need to understand the importance and power of what Love is. but before I talk about what Love is, I'm going to tell you what Love is not: Love is not an emotion or feeling, Love is not physical, It's not sex. Love is an action, Love is watching the same movie 500 times because your girl wants to, Love is listening to her and really trying to understand how she's feeling, Love is holding her as she's crying or upset, . When you love someone, you give them everything you have in that relationship or friendship. Love is more than just a word that you say to someone.

I've been married to my wife for almost 8 years now, we've been together for 14 years. One thing that I've had to work towards is loving my wife the way she deserves to be loved. One thing I struggle with is listening to her. Girls like to give all the little details when telling a story, and a lot of the time I'd find myself zoning out while Grace was sharing her heart with me. When you don't listen to them when they share what's on their heart, it hurts them. If she can't tell you something small, she won't come to you when something major is going on.

There's a verse in the bible that talks more about what love is and it's found in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

This is the example of how we should love, I know a lot of you in here are in relationships, That's why I wanted to talk about this tonight, We as guys have a different definition of love than girls do.
