"I could hear someone crying, I slowly opened my eyes and looked over to see Zack with tears coming down his face, Luke, Sarah, and Josie were also visibly upset.
"What happened?"
"You passed out, You were dehydrated and the heat got to you," Sarah says
"How long have I been out?"
"Only half an hour, Luke carried you to the Nurse's office,"
"Thank you, Luke,"
"You're welcome, how are you feeling?"
"Better, but I'm thirsty,"
"Here's some water, I'll let the nurse know you're awake," Sarah says
I looked at Zack, tears were still coming down his face,
"I'm okay babe, I promise,"
"You scared me, Sarah came running in and told me you were about to pass out, I didn't know what was going on,"
"I'm okay babe, I'm just gonna stay in the air conditioning most of the day and take it easy,"
"Hi Lila, I'm nurse Sophie, how are you feeling?"
"A lot better, my headache is gone, and I don't feel weak anymore,"
"Good, I'm going to keep you here a little longer, just to make sure everything is okay, Once you leave be sure to drink plenty of water and stay inside as much as you can for the rest of the day,"
"We'll make sure she does, don't worry," Luke says
"Good, You've got a good group of friends here, they're gonna take care of you,"
"I know, I'm blessed to have them,"
"Do you need more water, Lila?" Josie asks
"Yes please, I drank the last one fast,"
"You were dehydrated that's why," Luke says
"I know, I'll keep drinking water,"
"Once you get out of here we have to change back into our normal clothes for lunch," Sarah says
"We'll walk you back to your cabin, and come back to get you, I don't want anything else to happen to her," Luke says
"I'll be fine guys, I promise,"
"We aren't taking any chances,"
"If you insist,"
I slowly started to get up out of bed
"What are you doing Lila?"
"Chill, I'm going to the bathroom, the door is five feet away,"
"Should you be going by yourself? you did just pass out," Josie says
"I'm fine, If anything happens I'll yell for one of the girls to come in,"
"Babe, I think one of them should go with you,"
"Zack I'm fine,"
I walked into the bathroom and closed the door behind me, I looked into the mirror thankful that my color had come back. I knew I was going to be okay, this was the most normal I had felt in a few days. After using the bathroom, I washed my hands and opened the door, Zack was sitting on the side of my bed and got up as soon as I opened the door, I walked back to the bed and sat back down.
"You can sit next to me Zack, I'm okay, I feel a lot better, my headache is gone. This is the best I've felt since Wednesday,"
