You're The One (Sakata Gintoki and Katsura Kotaro)

"(Y/N)!"

(Y/N) whipped her head back and saw Gintoki waving his arm happily up in the air as he ran over to her. "Gin!!" Her face lit up with excitement while the male smiled softly.

"It's been a while since I've seen you—"

"(Y/N)! What a coincidence, is this fate!?"

Suddenly, Katsura cut Gintoki off and appeared in between Gintoki and (Y/N)— intentionally pushing Gintoki away from the (H/C) haired female.

"Kotaro! It's been a while!!" She grinned equally as joyful and Katsura smiled lowly. "It really has been indeed," Katsura nodded and crossed his arms over his chest in a noble manner.

"By the way, for no related reason— are you free the day after tomorrow—!"

"Zura, it's the Shinsengumi!" Gintoki feigned surprise and pointed to somewhere far away— The long haired male immediately trusted his friend's words and looked around cautiously.

"—But, unfortunately I'm not free right now! I'll talk to you some other time again, (Y/N)!!" Katsura says, while Elizabeth appeared from out of nowhere and Katsura jumped on Elizabeth's back and the two disappeared.

"....That was really fast," (Y/N) awkwardly laughed and turned to Gintoki. "But, why did you have to lie?"

".....He was taking it from me," Gintoki pouted, his eyebrows furrowed together as he placed a hand on the back of his neck and turned his head to the side.

"...Taking what?"

"....Your attention.....I want it only on me...."

"M-My attention? W-Why...." (Y/N) blushed a deep red and Gintoki smirked as he leaned closer towards her and then he lifted his hand to cradle her chin.

"Isn't it obvious? Because you're the one who has my heart." Gintoki spoke deeply, huskily and slowly as he smirked at her. He was enjoying the view of a flustered, beet red and embarrassed (Y/N).

"G-Gin, y-you're....." She mumbled lowly, now looking down to avoid his seductive gaze. "You're the one who has my heart too!!" She closed her eyes and declared loudly.

Gintoki's eyes widened for a split second before his smirk widened and with his thumb, he lifted her chin while he slightly tipped his head down.

"Then— would it be alright if we seal our love with a kiss?....."

Gintoki's eyes locked on her lips which were pursed, ready for his lips to collide with and he gulped expectantly.

"SHINPACHI!! GIN-CHAN'S DOING SOMETHING PERVY WITH HIS PILLOW!!!" Kagura's voice made Gintoki sit upright.

"What did Gin-san do?" Shinpachi came down seconds later and Gintoki blushed. "I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING YOU STUPID BRATS!!" Gintoki yells angrily and embarrassedly chucking his pillow at them while Kagura and Shinpachi ran away.

"Tsk, just had to wake me when it was getting to the good part." Gintoki clicked his tongue and placed a hand under his shirt as he walked out.

"I can only ever see her in my dreams because she's so busy and you brats just had to ruin it when (Y/N)—" Gintoki froze when he saw her in the living room.

He blinked his eyes repeatedly and his mouth hang agape. Was she really there or was he imagining things because he'd been missing her so much?

"Gin, you finally woke up. Hahahah, I brought some cake!~" (Y/N) smiled at him, lifting the box of cake on the table amd Gintoki gasped.
