Chapter Six

I reach for her cheek and slightly pinch it. "Hmm, ikaw talaga ang hilig mo mag surprise." She laugh softly as she held my hand and put it on my chest.

"Nakabawi na ba ako?"-Aly

"Yes. Thanks besh." I smilingly said. "But how did you do it?"

"Well, by the help of our team mates. And i know naman na late na akong nag greet sayo, late ko pang icelebrate. And maybe i realize na sobrang dami ko ng kasalanan sayo, that's why i did all that silly stuffs."-Aly

"That was not silly besh, infact i really love what you did. And that is enough para mapatawad kita. Well, napatawad naman na talaga kita. I just can't say it." I shily said as I look up and meet her gaze.

Well, we're in my room. Nakahiga lang kami pareho. She's leaning on the headboard while Im making her stomach as my pillow. We're tired, the whole day is a full blust of surpises of hers... Bumawi kasi siya sakin, she misses my birthday tsk. Silly Aly, nakalimutan niya daw. Ang sama niya noh? Hmp.

She smile at me before looking at her phone again. "Well, it was my fault naman talaga. I didn't tell you kung what time matatapos ang meeting namin that day. And nalate pa ako. Kaya sorry."

"Eh saan ka ba kasi pumunta that day?" I asks her as i get her phone and put it on my bedside table. "Enough of the phone, siguro naman makakapag hintay pa kung sino man yang katxt mo."

"Ahm, well we and Ara have some you know..." Sabi niya na kakamot kamot ng ulo. "Some bonding times, kasi dba? After the game."

"Are you telling me the truth besh?" I arch my eye brows as i squeeze her hand. "Your hand is sweating besh... Hiding something from me?"

"Ah huh! Why would i hide someting from you? I mean you're my best friend and yet..."-Aly

"Yeah, im your best friend but you're still lying."

I held my breath as i wait for her answers. We heard her phone vibrated kaya nag katinginan kami. I look away from her before sitting beside her. "I just want to talk to you Ly. But I don't want to hear lies."

"Besh im not lying."-Aly

"Then tell me, where have you been for the last two days."

Umayos siya ng upo at tumitig sa mga mata ko saying that she wont tell me lies. "Last saturday nasa bahay lang ako, alam mo na family day. And last sunday nag mass lang ako and that's it."

"Then why didn't you tell me? Umalis ka ng walang paalam sakin."

"Hindi mo rin naman ako papansinin eh."-Aly

"Coz you didn't try. You know that it was your fault why I was ignoring you that week."

"I know. Pero papansinin mo ba ako kung lumapit nga ako?"-Aly

"Of course yes! But you didn't even try. And pag kauwi mo naman kagabi tinataguan mo ako. Did i do something wrong?"

I cup her face and turn to face me. "You know that I don't want you to wear that kind of shirt right? Pero sinuway mo ako. You know what? Lahat na ng sinasabi ko sayo sinusuway mo."

"You're not my mom Dennise."-Aly

"Of course im not besh. But im still your best friend."

"Im not L.a Dennise."-Aly

"Hindi kita ina-under besh. Im just doing and telling you what is right." Mahinang sabi ko at tuluyan ng tumalikod saknya. "Infact people loves you, not like L.a..."

"What do you mean?"-Aly

"People are being mean to him. Didn't you check your instagram tweeter or facebook? Gosh! They ruined my birthday... Makapanlait naman sila kay L.a tsk."
