It was lunch and you had just had another water bottle poured on your head. You didn't react which pissed her off.
"Why don't you react?" Your bully yelled at you as you just looked up to her.
You just looked up to her, not saying or reacting to anything. She got angrier and angrier.
"There's no reason to." You said, somehow calm. You knew exactly what you were doing.
You felt the cold water dripping down your skin, you showed no discomfort.
"What the-" You heard Hinata from down the hall.
You turned to look at him with your expressionless face. "Hello Hinata." You said as he looked at you in confusion.
"Did she pour water on you?" He asked as you already had the lie in your head.
"No. She tripped and dropped her water on me." You said calmly.
"Why would you lie for me?" You heard her mumble.
"Oh, alright! Want me to help you get another uniform so you can be dry?" He asked as you shook your head.
"Its fine. Thank you for the offer." You said and stood up.
"Okay then." He mumbled and walked off.
"Why did you lie for me?" Your bully asked as you looked over to you.
"At this point in life I really don't care. I'm already fucked up." You said calmly and walked off.
As you walked off you didn't need to look at her to know she was wide-eyed.
You hummed and walked to the girls bathroom like nothing happened.
You unbuttoned your top and took it off then squeezed it over the sink, watching the water drip out of it. This has become a normal thing for you and you didn't care. You didn't expect to have a normal year.
You had get as much water out of your clothes as possible and put them back on. You checked the time and decided to skip class.
"No point on going anyway." You thought and left the bathroom to go to the gym, you always had your spare key.
You unlocked the gym and walked in, making sure the door shut. You locked the door from the inside and laid in the middle of the gym, not knowing what to do.
You pulled out your phone and played random games until school ended and some of the third years came into the gym.
"Y/N? What are you doing here." You heard Daichi say.
"I skipped and hid in the gym." You said, honestly.
"But why?" Sugawara asked as you sat up to look at him.
"Didn't feel like going to classes." You say calmly, fixing your hair.
"That's not how it works." Sugawara said as you looked up at the two boys tiredly.
"I did it all the time in elementary and middle school." You said, stretching your arms.
"How did you pass?" Daichi was confused.
"I did the homework and I came for the tests. The teachers never really cared." You say.
"Those are bad teachers." Sugawara said as you shrugged.
You heard footsteps and stood up. "I assume that's the rest of the team." You say and walk to the wall, leaning against it.
The first years entered the gym and you didn't say a word, only watching everyone's movements.
"Y/N-chan!" You heard an excited Hinata call out to you as you looked at him with a blank expression.
"Hey Hinata-kun." You said, your e/c eyes focussing on him.
"How was your day?" He asked, smile on his face.
"Boring." You said. "I skipped my classes and just chilled in the gym."
"Oh, that's why I didn't see you after water got poured on you." He said as you nodded.
"She had water poured on her?" Sugawara asked, confused.
"Yeah, she said someone tripped and accidentally spilled water on her." The orange haired boy said.
"Put your damn shirt on, Tanaka-senpai." You said as Tanaka was being loud and waving his shirt around.
"Is something wrong, Y/N-chan?" Kiyoko asked as you looked over.
"Just a little bit irritated." You mumbled as you messed with your necklace. "I'm gonna go home early." You say as you shoot a glance towards Tsukishima who had just looked away from you.
You thought it was odd but you grabbed your bag and walked home.
You watched at crows flew by on your way home. You stopped to look at the view. The sun was barely beginning to set as crows flew past you. The light breeze blowing against your face and making your hair flow.
It was a gorgeous time to be there.
You finished walking home to be greeted by your brother smoking.
"Hey Nii-chan." You mumbled out as he looked at you.
"Y/N? You're home early and you're not as excited as usual."
"Just tired." You say and go to your room.
If you were honest you felt broken. You wanted to cry, scream, break down. But you couldn't. Instead you were sitting on your bed, thinking about what you did wrong to deserve this.
You were wondering when would see the sun in your life which was currently a raining storm. You felt as if you could just break like glass being held together by a thread that could snap at any moment.
It hurt.
