The next day, Dragoon suddenly wakes up inside a small wooden house, he is stripped down and covered in bandages, he quickly looks at his leg where he had been pierced with the arrow yesterday, it appears to have been treated and bandaged up as well. Not knowing where he was, he slowly sneaks out the bed he was lying in and begins looking around the house for his armor, and weapons. As he sneaks around the house, the wooden floorboards creaking with every step, he sees all his possessions siting by a wooden stool in the corner of the room, he quickly rushes over quietly and puts everything back on hastily.

As Dragoon puts his armor back on, the front door to the house begins to slowly creak open, and a young short woman with short brown hair, in raggy clothes walks in, Dragoon quickly hides behind a large wooden bench before she can see him. The woman glances at the empty bed, where Dragoon was laying moments ago. "He's gone" the woman mutters in a saddened tone. "Honey come here" she yells to a man standing outside the house. The man slowly makes his way into the house carrying a long sharp hoe, it looks as if he has been working hard on the farms due to the amount of mud and dirt on his clothes and in his rustic black beard. "What is it my love?" the man asks the woman politely.

As Dragoon listens to them from behind the large wooden bench, he begins thinking about what might've happened to his brother Drake, did the orcs capture him, was he still on the run, what if the orcs killed him. As all these thoughts were running through his mind, he stopped paying attention to what was happening inside the house and begins to lean onto the large wooden bench, accidently knocking a glass off the other end of it.

*SMASH!!!* The glass shatters as it hits the floor, sending glass shards all over the floor surrounding the bench. As the glass smashes both the farmer and the woman look in the direction of the bench seeing Dragoon hiding behind it. "Young man, you don't need to hide from us, we mean you no harm" The man says as he puts his dirty hoe down and walks over to him.

Dragoon can tell by the look on the man's face he was being sincere, so he slowly raises to his feet, "Why am I here?" Dragoon asks with a confused expression as he looks at the man approaching him. "well my wife Loreen and I seen you passed out in some thorn bushes just up the road from here, she looked around the area to look for any survivors from the orc attack but you're the only one we found" replies the man with a saddened expression on his face. The young woman begins to look equally as upset; she reaches out and grabs the man's arm looking down at the ground in front of her. "Don't worry honey, we'll find him" cries Loreen as tears run down her face.

Dragoon seeing how both the man and woman were feeling walks over and puts a hand on the man's shoulder "Is there anything I could help you with?" Dragoon asks politely. The man looks up at Dragoon with tears running down his face "our son has gone missing, he's just a boy" the man cries. "I can help you look for him as repayment for patching me up" Dragoon exclaims. Both the man and woman start to cry even more. "we can't ask you to risk your life for us" the man says as he brushes the tears off his face. "Come on, it's the least I can do after you helped me" Dragoon says as he smiles, to try and ease their hearts.

The man wipes away his tears with his dirty sleeve, then clears his throat "alright, the orcs that attacked us, took our son with them to their camp" the man explains as the depressing look begins to dissipate from his face. The look on Dragoon's face begins to sink slowly as the man speaks, an orc camp, how can he possibly save their son from and entire orc camp, it's hard enough dealing with one orc let alone an entire camp.

Dragoon quickly changes his expression to smiling again, as to not worry the man and woman. "Don't worry, I'll bring your son back safe and sound" Dragoon replies with confident smile. Whilst mentally freaking out about the situation he has just gotten himself into. Dragoon slowly made his way to the door past the man and women, as he was exiting the house, the man reaches out and grabs his arm. "Thank you so much for this young man, I don't know how I'll ever repay you" the man says as tears of joy rush down his face. Dragoon smiles and continues out the door.

As Dragoon is walking through the tall grass just outside the village, he hears the farmer's voice from earlier coming from a distance behind him, Dragoon turns to see what the man was doing, the old farmer was running after him, it seems as though he was carrying something. "young man, you forgot one of your swords" the man yells, Dragoon looks at the sword in the man's hands, the sheath was covered in etches and stitches making out the shape of dragon. It isn't one of Dragoon's swords but he can't keep his eyes off it, he graciously grabs the sword from the man "Thank you, I was worried I might've lost it in the battle earlier" Dragoon says with a grin, as he takes the sword. The man smiles politely then starts to make his way back towards the farming village, "oh, just one more thing before you go sir, would you happen to know where the orc camp is by any chance" Dragoon curiously asks the farmer.

The man turns back around with a strange look on his face as he was about to speak "The were the orcs are from Spiral Peak in the Deserted Plains" the man says, then quickly turns back towards the village waving is arm at Dragoon as he leaves. Dragoon's face drops as he hears him say Spiral Peak; Spiral Peak is the largest orc camp in the realm, he must save their son from that place, it is a death wish. The Dragoon begins to think, what if the orcs had also taken Drake there, how was he going to save him. He shakes his head, swallows his fear an begins to venture towards Spiral Peak.
