Phearo shifted in his real form when we're up in the sky. We run after our main enemy as she head to the Academy. We saw an enormous black smoke crawling below on the ground. He let go of a loud chirping sound before we glide down to confirm our assumption.
His wings unfaltering as we attack her from the sky. Phearo pushed her with his talons. He pinned her on the ground. Her hand dropped the sword. I jump off his back and hastely pick the sword before she could touch it again.
"Give me back the sword!" Then a black smoke comes off her. It was darker and it seems to suffocate Phearo. His grip on her loosen and she immediately delivers him a cloud of black aura. He falls down on his knee as he clutch his chest.
"Strike her with the sword!"
"But I don't know how to use a sword!" I screamed in panic.
"You can wield the sword." She said with her eyes glued on me. "And it seems that the light of salvation in the sword is revived." Then she laughs like a mad woman. "Seriously, you are the Gryphon Warrior?" She scanned her eyes on me before she grins tauntingly. "And you don't know how to use your own sword?"
I manuevered the sword to her. Both my hands holding it tightly. "Don't come near me." She takes a step closer. "Or I will kill you."
Her eyes becomes dead serious as she take another step. "Or I will kill you."
She vanishes in the air. I look around and thrashing the sword at the same time. I don't know where she is. I walk towards Phearo. Still on my senses but I failed to spot her. Then she suddenly appeared in front of me and grab the sword from my hand.
She thrust the sword but Phearo rescues me on time. There was a drip of blood on the ground. It was from Phearo! The sword pierced his side!
"OH MY GOSH!" I press my hand on his side to put pressure on his wound but he slaps my hand away.
"This is nothing." But he winced in pain. "We should get the sword back."
Right after he said those words, I transformed to my armor. His wings on my back and a thread of feather meddle with my hair on the sides. A lion's mane is draped around my shoulders. My armor is golden. Even my sandals were gold. Everything is in gold.
"I have wounded your Spirit Guardian and it seems that he is suffering from pain already. You have no chance." Then she swing the sword to her side as she rush towards us.
I fly up on the air to dodge her attack. She hits the air. I kicked her on the back. She recovers from her fall and she whaled us the sword. We just keep on dodging. Waiting for the perfect timing to snatch the sword back.
I watched her every move keenly as I eluded her attacks. When she finally takes a break, I move with adrenaline rush to take the sword as I glide up in the air. I felt the sword responding to us. I can hear it's pulse beating, again.
Then a black smoke turf out of it. She grimaced on our success and she held out her arm. It elongated, forming a sword connected to her body. And a black smoke surrounding it.
"You think you have already won?" She sinisterly snarls to us. "You cannot stop the fall of the Academy!"
I point the sword to her before I glide down. I swing the sword to my side and strike her with it. She blocks it with her own sword. I pushed her back, pressing the sword to her. When she was cornered to a tree, she pushed her self to us to escape.
I thrash her of our aura. A golden light comes off the sword forming a massive blast on her. She tried to deflect it with her sword but she was sliding backward. Then she was thrown meters away but unscratched. She was protected by the black smoke.
