"EVERYONE, GATHER AROUND HERE!"
Professor Rose calls for their attention as she stand on the center of the Academy's open ground. When Phearo told us about the Mistress of Death's real intention, she rushed out and get us ready.
"Call for the Warriors who are not present." Everyone was also confused for her abrupt notice. "NOW!" She yelled when no one followed her instruction.
"Professor Rose" called Professor Hilton as he walks towards her. "What's the matter?"
"Oh, Professor!" She holds him by the shoulders. "I'm glad you're here. Alert your Warriors to their positions, now. This instant!" She said as she shakes his shoulders from her grip.
"Professor, you seemed to be in panic." Professor Schwitz rubs her back to soothe her.
She turned to her and grab her arm. "Is there someone taking care of the Chancellor?"
"Yes." She nods to her in confusion. "Professor Ravenous is with him and our Healers."
"Professor, what's with all this?" Asked again Professor Hilton.
"The war will start now! We should prepare now! The Black Dragon will be awaken when the full moon arises." She look up on the sky. It is already twilight. "Tonight is the full moon."
All the Professors gasp on what she said. Distress danced in their eyes. How could they not panic? The Academy was blasted moments ago and now, another assaults is going to happen!
"How did you know?" Professor Connor is the first one to recover from shock.
"Phearo told us. The attack happened earlier was for the Golden Dragon's blood. The blood offering was already done."
Chancellor Barnabee was in his armor when he was stabbed. His Spirit Guardian unites with him. That is why the Golden Dragon's blood becomes his blood too.
"WARRIORS?" Professor Hilton face the crowd. All Warriors are already present. "Are you willing to protect this Academy with your life?"
They all kneel down on their one knee as they rest their right hand on their heart, clenched. Swearing to sacrifice their life to protect the Academy.
"YES, SIR!"
"If so, get ready 'cause our fight to protect the light that shines in us will start soon. Never lose hope, 'cause that hope will make us win this war. Have the courage to be brave and strong 'cause that is our best weapon aside from our blades and armors. Remember our sworn mission. To protect and to save. To destroy the evil and bad."
The Guardian Warriors stand on their feet. All fueled with the determination to win, even though they are on the losing side. With the Chancellor on his wounded condition, he cannot make the barrier to protect the Academy. But their faces was painted with confidence and hope that they can win this war.
"IN YOUR POSITIONS, NOW!?"
"Auryn, how did your Spirit Guardian knows about this?"
Caren asked as we march on our positions. They are on their armors while I was on my usual clothes. Phearo is out for a moment. He said he will come back when I needed him.
I searched for an excuse to satisfy her curiosity. "Ahm, it is because eagles can sense the danger."
"And where is he now?" She look at me with frowned forehead. "Did Professor Rose permitted you to join our team," she scanned her eyes on me from head to toe, "in your usual clothing?"
That is another thing. I know she will not, that is why I escape from her. And Phearo will be here, soon.
" You know, Phearo always come in the perfect time." I tried smiling to her.
