Delaney awoke the morning that Harry was set to arrive with a sense of excitement. Though she had been having fun with all of the Weasleys and Hermione she knew that everyone would have more fun once Harry arrived. She had just gotten dressed when she heard a pop behind her and felt a warm hand snake around her waist.

"Good morning." Fred pressed his lips to her neck.

"You know I hate when you do that." She turned as she hit his arm. Her arms wrapped around his neck as she met his cheeky grin with a scowl.

"What? Kiss you?" He chuckled. He knew exactly what she was talking about.

"No, not that. You know I hate when you randomly apparate around me just to scare me," she huffed, fixing him with a pointed stare.

"So you're fine with snogging?" His cheeky grin turned into a teasing smile.

"You should know the answer to that by now," she giggled before their lips connected. Fred's hand snaked down to the small of her back. His warm hand's sent electric shocks through her body.

"Hey Delaney, mum wanted me to come to tell you that lunch is ready if you want to come down," Ginny peered into the room. Luckily, Delaney and Fred had already pulled away from each other when they heard her walking towards the door.

"Oh yeah, I'll be right down," she smiled.

"Okay, I'll let her know." Ginny walked back downstairs without another word.

"You know, one of these days we aren't going to be interrupted," Fred chuckled.

"That's not likely," Delaney giggled, placing a quick kiss on his cheek. "Now come on."

"If you insist," Fred followed her down the stairs, his hand guiding her on the small of her back.

"Is it lunchtime already?" Delaney asked, finally realizing Ginny said lunch and not breakfast.

"Yeah. We were beginning to think you were under a sleeping curse or something for a second there," he chuckled as they entered the kitchen.

"Ah, there she is," Sirius said from the table.

"See, I told you all that she was alright. She just likes to sleep. And God forbid you to try to wake her up," Hermione laughed.

"She can't be that bad," Sirius attested.

"Oh no, Sirius, she is. I only ever try to wake her up on Christmas," Lupin admitted with a grin. Delaney met him with a betrayed look on her face. How dare he? Was she truly that bad? No, she couldn't be.

"If you don't believe him I have many stories of why I don't try to wake her up. Although she hasn't been as bad recently. But I still only try to if it's absolutely necessary," Hermione added with a suggestive brow.

"Well I'd like to hear one of these stories," Sirius nodded, resting his hands on his stomach as he leaned back in his chair.

"I'll bet you two galleons she chooses the clock story," Delaney whispered to Fred.

"You're on," he whispered back with a smile.

"Oh gosh, there's so many to pick from. Well, I guess I have to go with the most amusing one," Hermione paused.

"Well of course," Sirius nodded.

"Alright, I believe it was one morning during second year just before we were supposed to be in the dungeons for Potions. We only had about ten minutes until class started and Delaney was still asleep so I tried to wake her. And let's just say it ended with me dodging a flying clock," Hermione laughed.
