When Louisiana asked Florida what his favorite flower was he was a bit confused but answer with any orange flower. The next day Louie showed up at Florida's door with a bouquet of orange roses.

Louisiana likes to whisper sweet nothings in French.

Louisiana likes singing to him in French. One time Florida pulled out his phone and put on google translate to discover that Louie was sing You Are My Sunshine in French. One day when Louie started singing Florida sang with him but in Spanish.
They like to confuse the other state by doing this. The former Spanish states will understand Florida and the former French states can understand Louisiana and Colorado can understand both so he vibes with them leave the states more confused. This isn't the only song that they've done this with. Once the did it with Never Gonna Give You Up. Colorado started singing in English.
