After finally changing into something 'casual' - which consisted of a pair of high-waisted light denim skinny jeans, a cropped black loose hoodie and my all black converses - we were finally on the road again.

The radio was playing the background, filling the silence between us. We'd catch each other singing a few of the lyrics absentmindedly, grinning at one another then looking away.

I leaned forward and reached my hand out the turn down the volume a little, "So are you gonna tell me where we're we going?" I asked, looking over at him.

Jack had stripped himself from his dark hoodie and raybans and replaced it with a regular black, long sleeved t-shirt. His side profile was very fascinating honestly, his sharp jawline, plump lips and thick eyebrows were strangely captivating.

"An adventure." He said in a British accent, a smirk on his face as he kept his eyes on the road.

"Well I have to be home by 12:00 because I have a -"

"Relax," Jack interjected, "all I want you to worry about is having fun."

By the time we arrived to our destination, the baby blue sky was now a really dark blue due to the sun setting. The atmosphere was so happy and I instantly realized where we were.

"Disneyland" I exhaled, smiling wide as I saw all the beautiful colors and lights.

"Yeah, I haven't been here in a while so," he trailed off, standing beside me.

I grinned sweetly and looked up at him, "Thank you, this is great."

He nodded his head towards the entrance, "Come on, let's go."

I followed his lead, trailing beside him as we got to the line to enter. I was so fascinated by the colors and all the different rides that I didn't even realize that Jack had paid for us.

"Jack, I could've paid for my own ticket." I looked at the wristband on my wrist.

Jack shook his head, "No, everything here is my treat."

After Disneyland

I couldn't stop laughing at Jack, teasing him about his earlier mishaps.

"Brielle," Jack groaned, holding back a smile.

I held my stomach, "I-I'm sorry," I stuttered from laughing, "My stomach muscles hurt."

While Jack was trying to chase after me since I had his phone because he wouldn't get off it, he managed to trip and fall. As bad as it sounds, the way he fell was hilarious. While he tripped over his own foot, his arms flailed around until he hit the ground.

Not to mention a bunch of people were around while he fell.

"That was so embarrassing." He covered his face with his hand, lowering his head while his other arm was wrapped around his torso.

"I'm sure everyone forgot by now." I managed to say without stuttering from my laughter.

"But you didn't and that's what's killing me the most." He admitted, running his hand down his face.

I tilted my head and aw'd, "Don't be embarrassed, it actually made my night a little better."

He raised his eyebrows, "Really?"

I nodded, "Really." I rubbed his shoulder and gave it a small pat, "Now as much as I'd hate to leave, I have a photo shoot early in the morning tomorrow so I should get back." I informed him.

Jack licked his lips and nodded, "Yeah, sure."

I followed beside Jack, holding onto the small Mickey Mouse he had won for me. Not only did he win a plush toy for me but he got me light up Mickey ears.

I smiled to myself as I looked down. This was the first time I felt free and happy in a very long time. It's been way too long.

Once we reached Jacks Jeep, he opened the passenger side door for me and I hopped in. He made sure I was in completely before he shut the door and walked over the drivers side, swinging his keys around his forefinger.

Once he hopped inside, he started the car and began to drive out onto the rode. I looked down and played with the plush Mickey Mouse on my lap, a small smile still on my face.

"Do you like it?" Jack asked, glancing over at me.

I turned my head, "I love it, thank you."

Jack shook his head, "It was no problem."

I raised my eyebrow, "You tried four times before you got me this, I believe it was somewhat a problem." I teased him.

Jack chortled, "In my defense, those bottles were hard to knock down since I was so far away."

I rolled my eyes playfully, "Excuses." I singsonged jokingly.

Jack chuckled again, "I like seeing this side of you, Brielle." He blurted out.

I grinned, "Me too." I whispered softly.

Brielle's Home

Jack parked in front of my house, hopping out and opening the door for me. I slid out the car, thanking him quietly.

He placed his hand on my lower back as he walked me to my porch. I looked out at the dark sky, the moon especially bright and the stars were scattered around and sparkled just as bright. It was a beautiful sight.

"I had an amazing time tonight, thank you." I brought my attention back to Jack, smiling up at him.

He gave me a soft smile, "I had a great time as well, minus the part where I nearly broke my face." He rubbed his neck, clearly still embarrassed.

I laughed, covering my mouth as I hunched over, "That'll forever make me laugh." I sighed happily after laughing.

"I'm happy you enjoyed my pain." He joked, playfully scoffing.

"I'm sorry," I apologized with a grin.

He shrugged, "Its fine, it was kind of funny. Just happy you had a good time."

I nodded and raised my eyebrows quickly, "I did, first fun time I had in a while honestly." I admitted, "you know because of work and everything."

Jack nodded, "Yeah, well if you allow me, then this definitely won't be the last. I'd love to help you escape again." He smirked

I tittered, "I'd love that too."

Jack smiled down at me, slyly stepping a little closer to me. He embraced me in a soft hug which I immediately returned, laying my head against his chest and inhaling his cologne.

We both pulled away slowly, smiling at each other softly. When Jack leaned in slowly I could feel my breathing hitch in my throat. I closed my eyes in relief once I felt his lips press against my cheek leisurely.

"I'll be expecting to see you soon, Brielle" Jack murmured once he pulled away.

"As will I, Jack"
