ARYA SAVIER

I'm feeling very uneasy for some unknown reason. It's like there was something bugging me but I couldn't comprehend what.

Brian paid for the tickets and we proceeded towards the gloomy blinds that was considered as the entrance of the horror house.

Once inside, we were very surprised to find a room that is well-lit waiting for us. The room was studded with five doors each probably leading into different paths.

I gaze around and was horror-struck when I noticed a life-like statue of an evil goblin grinning down at us with murderous intent. I automatically hid behind Brian and to my disbelief, he just chuckled.

"So...what door are we going into?" Brian's voice echoed through the silence.

I flushed, contemplating on what I just did. I hurriedly stepped away but unpredictably, instead of letting me go, Brian held my hand tightly.

I stared at him questioningly but he just gazed away while avoiding my gaze.

"I want door no.3 how about you two?"

Cristie turned to look at us, I struggled to remove my hand from Brian so that Cristie won't see, but Brian just grinned crazily so I ended up lowering my head.

"Hmm, seems like no complaints or whatsoever! Door no.3 it is then!"

Cristie returned Brian's grin and marched towards door no.3. Brian dragged me along and I couldn't help but comply.

Grrr.... Stupid Brian!

As we entered door no.3, we were instantly greeted by darkness. We jumped back as the door closed behind us. I gulped.

"U-Uh, maybe we shouldn't have chosen this path after all?" I was already feeling a bit jittery. Who closed the doors? Why is it so dark inside?

I was about to suggest on going back the way we came but as I walk towards the door, a maniacal laughter was suddenly heard from a distance.

I felt goose bumps rise from different parts of my body. Cristie and I moved instinctively closer to Brian.

"Stay close, it's better if we three don't separate. It's dangerous."

Brian's voice was a bubble of comfort in this darkness. For the first time ever in my life, I was thankful of the dark. If not for it, Brian would've seen my flushed face and hear my hammering heart.

"What a lame horror house! Did they plan to shroud us in darkness the entire time?" Cristie groaned. At her words, little torches suddenly lit up the path we were taking. Again, who the heck did this?

"Hey look! There's some kind of door there," Brian said. We walked towards the door.

"House of wax, beware you're in for a scare..." Cristie read out loud the sign posted outside the door. Brian opened the door and we were surprised to find many life-like sculptures inside. Hmmm...probably made of wax.

The human wax sculptures all had a horrific expression on their faces, some were surreal to look at. A sculpture covered in white cloth enticed my attention. I wonder what's inside.

I was about to pull the white cloth away when all of a sudden, I heard screaming. I was pretty sure it was Cristie's voice.
