ARYA SAVIER

My eyes adjusted to the brilliant glittering lights all over the place.

The glittering lights were like stars that illuminated the night.

I brushed off the leaves that got stuck on the sleeves of my uniform. Surely I'll get in trouble for this?

"Where were those crazy girls anyway?!" I cursed to no one in particular. I wasn't supposed to be here in the first place.

Unfortunately, those crazy fangirls called "friends" talked me into coming here at the Junior-Senior promenade. They reasoned that Brian is already in his last year and when March comes, the seniors will be busy with finishing projects, requirements, and graduation making this time our only time to confess or whatever they are planning to do.

They even reminded me that Brian has already a "rumored" girlfriend which makes this mission more critical.

If only they knew who that rumored girlfriend really is, I'm sure they'll grill me alive.

Ugh, I feel like I'm betraying them.

But then again, they got a point. It is Brian's last year.

I've got to clear whatever feelings I have for him. He has to know how much I like him. Love him even.

When we sneaked towards the back where a thick hedge was, unfortunately, one of the roving guards caught us with his flashlight. We instantly ran off to different directions. I don't know where the girls were and its pretty much dark around since its evening already.

Like a moth drawn to a fire, I followed the cobblestones that graze the path of the mini-maze-like garden of our school. I heard a lively music towards the distance and decided to head towards it.

I was like a small Alice lost on wonderland. The glittering lights all over the grassy hedges that make up the mini-garden of our campus distracted me much that I didn't even realized that I was already tripping against some uneven stones.

"Careful now...."

I felt strong hands wrap on my waist to support me from falling. I looked up to see my savior. My eyes grew wide at the full reddish lips that were close to mine. His eyes were of a warm brown color but the other features of his face were hidden by a sophisticatedly designed black mask.

I steadied myself upon his manly arms and gazed upon this guy who saved me.

He was a tall one. With a black hair that was a bit ruffled that makes you want to touch it. He was wearing an earring on his left ear. And that boyish smile on his lips....

The formal black suit that he was wearing was so refine that it suited him well. Like a prince charming out of a fairy tale book.

"Are you – possibly lost?"

I gulped when I heard his voice. There was something about him that seemed familiar. It was like I knew him my entire life and yet, I had only recently found him.

To my surprise, he slowly took a step towards me and gaze into my eyes intently.

"Or are you possibly looking for someone?" He whispered gently.

This feeling...I can't be wrong could I?

"I-I think... I already found what I've been looking for...."

BRIAN CHRISTIAN HARVARD

Uneasiness overwhelmed me throughout the night.

After my little scene with mother, I quickly exited the mansion. I hate it when she's there. It feels like she's sucking all the positivity in my life and makes everything miserable.
