ARYA SAVIER

It was a bright, Wednesday morning and as usual, it has been a busy time. We were studded with left to right project deadlines since it was already the end of 3rd quarter and with it comes the exams.

Today is the first day of our exam, our teacher was staring at us with hawk-eyes and my head hurts a little bit since I didn't manage to get a wink last night.

I was really troubled by what Prince told me about Brian seeing him hugging me like that. I probably need to clear it up with Brian or else everything's going to be a misunderstanding.

I stole a glance at Prince and gave him my deathly glare. Why does this man need to complicate things? What's with him and Brian anyway?

I quickly went back to my paper when I heard our professor give out a loud cough. Which equally meant eyes on your papers!

The silent atmosphere continued like that for a few minutes more that is why, it was a no brainer when everyone gave out a cry of relief when the bell signaling lunch rung.

My eyes noticed that Prince leaned back on his chair and gave out a sigh of relief. One by one, my classmates delivered their quiz papers to the front.

Prince slung his bag on his shoulder, he was about to walk away but I quickly grabbed his back which jolted him back.

"WHAT THE –

"Where are you going?"

"I'm eating out of course!" He frowned.

"Don't you want to eat lunch with us?" I nodded towards the direction of my usual lunch group.

"Oh? So you were really serious about me joining you?" Prince raised his eyebrows.

"Of course I was serious you dummy! C'mon, you always eat out alone anyway." I quickly pulled Prince towards our usual lunch group. I don't know what's with me, maybe I was feeling a little extra friendly today.

"Well...I just thought that maybe, because of what happened with your Brian you'll avoid me and break your promise." He shrugged.

I suddenly felt self-conscious.

"S-Stupid! H-He's n-not my Brian! H-He's not a thing that I own!"

"Oh, but your face says that you enjoy calling him yours," He snickered.

We slowly reach the usual group and they were quite excited that Prince was joining us for lunch. Especially the girls.

Over the days, Prince grew quite popular among our classmates even the other lower years, sometimes I noticed that girls from other sections would take a peek at our room and giggle.

I expected Prince to be annoyed, but somehow he easily talked to our classmates. He blended in easily. Guess he's just mean to me.

BRIAN CHRISTIAN HARVARD

"Gah! My brain cells are deeeaaadd!" Anton tugged his hair in frustration.

"Man! What's your answer on number 6? I couldn't see well since you were covering it with your arm!" Eric shook James shoulder but he hit Eric's forehead.

"Stupid! Dragon Lady was looking at us! I just guessed okay? I was in a state of mental block the whole time." James frowned.

"Shit! But I copied almost all your answers! Now we're screwed!" Eric cursed.

"No more! No more! If you talked about the test anymore I'll disown you as friends!!" Jao shook his head while covering his ears at the same time.

I couldn't help but laugh at their expressions.
