27: nothing short of angelic

"Kid, you okay?" Hawks asked and Y/N nodded.

"I think what we all could use is some sleep. I mean, Keigo hasn't slept in 24 hours, and Dabi...I don't even know when the last time you slept was." Y/N rubbed her hands over her face. "We all just need to chill the fuck out."

"Jacuzzi time?" Hawks suggested and Dabi grinned.

"Jacuzzi time." He agreed. The two took off to the backyard where Y/N assumed where the jacuzzi was.

She sighed and went to the bedroom, taking off her over-sized shirt she had been sleeping in and put on a sports bra, seeing that she didn't pack a swimsuit.

"I suppose this should do," Y/N put on shorts over her underwear and walked outside into the cold.

 She squealed and ran to the jacuzzi where Dabi and Hawks were already relishing in.

 "I mean it, if I see any skin flakes floating in here I'm killing Dabi," Y/N warned, sitting across from the two friends.

"Or maybe, I'll burn your eyes out of your sockets so you won't have to see it," Dabi smiled sarcastically while lighting his hand on fire.

"Oh, stuff it, Dabi. I saw how you handled Alex today so I know you care about me in that dark shriveled heart of yours." Y/N stuck out her tongue at the former villain. She let her body relax in the water, letting a small groan escape her lips.

"Yeah, well, he was a piece of shit that even villains like me hate." Dabi rolled his eyes then tilted his head back to his head rested on the edge of the jacuzzi. "There are lines that I don't even cross."

"Everyone can tell he's a piece of shit. I mean, married life isn't what he thought it was?" Hawks scoffed while shaking his head. 

When Y/N turned her eyes on him, she nearly swallowed her tongue. 

His arms were draped over the sides of the jacuzzi, head tilted back toward the sky with his honey blonde hair soaking wet and glinting in the rising sun. His skin was glistening from the dampness of the water with sculpted muscle underneath and his wings were nothing short of angelic.

He was just simply beautiful.

"What do you know about married life, bird brains?" Y/N inquired with a lazy smile on her face.

"Not much... I mean my parents weren't married I don't think. And I never really knew my parents and there aren't really successful relationships when you're in the heroic work." Hawks' eyes were trained on the sky.

"My dad drove my mom to insanity and then she threw boiling water on my kid brother's face." Dabi offered and both of his friends just stared at him. "Just trying to diffuse the tension."

"Good thing I only slept with him once, huh?" Y/N joked making Dabi and Hawks groan in disgust loudly. Hawks splashed water in her direction and she giggled. "Nah, but I guess I have a preference for toxic people."

"Felt that." Hawks hummed. "I mean, with Allison, it just slowly crept up on me. Like it was like drowning as slowly as one possibly could without realizing it. Once you realize that you're drowning..."

There was a moment of silence shared between the three friends.

"I'm trying to think about a bad girl I've been with but I'm pretty sure I'm the toxic one," Dabi commented, making Y/N and Hawks burst out laughing. 

It wasn't just a little laugh, it was side-splitting laughter that Dabi eventually joined in on. It relieved the stress from the past weeks and it was just what the trio needed.

Hawks and Dabi were telling stories from their old missions they would go on together and Y/N listened contently.

"Dabi called a girl 'mommy' once." Hawks suddenly spoke, as if he had just remembered. "I walked in on them by accident."

"PFFFFFT--" Y/N clapped a hand over her mouth, trying to stifle her laughter.

"What about it, bitch boy?" Dabi shot back, narrowing his blue eyes at the hero.

"Yeah, actually, if I remember correctly...Hawks, your number one sexual desires is to get pegged," Y/N remembered, thinking back to the night of the wedding when Hawks asked her to use her quirk on him.

A smirk crawled onto Y/N's features and she sent the hero a sly wink. "Isn't that right, songbird?"

Y/N couldn't tell if Hawks was blushing because of her comment or the hot water but it made her laugh anyway.

"PEGGED?!" Dabi screeched in laughter, pointing at his friend and cackling. "I called a girl mommy once but I've never been pegged."

"We all wanna get railed!" Hawks defended. "It's like a thing these days with the kids. Tokoyami told me."

"Something about you saying all kids want to get railed is extremely unsettling to me," Y/N replied, making Dabi laugh even harder.

"Okay, that's enough for me, I'm getting out." Hawks pouted and Y/N laughed slightly.

"We all should. You two need sleep." Y/N chided as she also got out of the jacuzzi. "Oh fucken shit it's cold--"

"We're in the mountains while it's snowing, Y/N, what did you expect?" Dabi called as she ran inside.

"I expect you to shut the fuck up." She yelled over her shoulder. Y/N had caught up with Hawks, who gave her a towel to warm her up. "He doesn't know when to quit, does he?"

"No. Unfortunately not."
