When I woke, I heard gunshots.
I hustled out of my bed made of hay and grabbed my sniper.
Once I got it, I ran over to the beaten down door.
"Need help?" I asked.
"Uh, yeah" said James.
I ran up to them and used my scope and shot all of 5 zombies.
"We need to leave. NOW" I said
I grabbed my pack, as did the others, and moved into an area about 2 miles away from the farm, and there, we rested.

"Do you think we are going to live?" asked James, obviously scared.

"I do." I said

"Then why are we moving?" he persisted.

"The zombies. Little to no food left there. We need resources to survive." I said calmly.

I rested against a metal fence, with everyone to my right and left of me.

I sighed, "I don't know what to do."

Everyone looked at me for a couple seconds, and continued to rest.

As they did, I did a silent prayer,

Dear God,

I know your busy with prayers and people, but I don't know what to do. If you could send a sign that I would understand, but my family wouldn't, it would be helpful.

I know that my life is at stake because of cocky sciencetists wanting me and everyone else. I just need a sign.

Amen

After the prayer, I fell asleep.

When I woke, the sun was on my skin and it felt good and warm. I got up and rustled everyone up, also.

We embarked on what used to be a back road.

We were heading back home.
