I woke up and changed clothes after taking a shower. When I came out, a note was left on my bed.
I picked it up and opened it. I pulled out the thick paper and read it.
It said I was chosen for the School of the Gifted Individuals, and I had to pack for tomorrow. It also said I had won a scholarship to it and everything was paid.
I ran out of my room and ran up to Dr. Wasabi and showed him it.
He chuckled, "Amazing! I can't wait to see how far you get in that scholarship. It's unlimited it looks like. I contacted them earlier when I had to sort through the mail this morning and they said so."
I smiled, and he grabbed a needle and drew blood. About 5 pints of it. He stuck something up my nose and I started to act weird.
I felt high, and I watched as he took the blood off to someplace. I am not sure what happened after that.
I was knocked out and I think I woke up in my bed. I got up and grabbed a few bags and then a lady brought me two luggages. I filled the bags with the few things I owned.
Within that, I had the last picture of my family and my only dog I ever had, Chocolate. She was a brown Labrador retriever mix.
I sat down looking at my picture of her and let the tears fall. After a few minutes, I put it in the bag. I filled my luggage with clothes that were in the closet and spare items that were in my room.
I left the room and headed to the elevator to get to Dr. Wasabi. When I entered the elevator, I thought I was alone.
"Hello, Jessica." Said a voice.
I turned my head, "Hope? How are you here? I thought you died!"
She stepped forward and stretched her black angel wings, "I am an angel after-all. I can't necessarily die."
I nodded, "I am heading off to college. I guess I will see you there, if you ever happen to teleport to me."
She nodded and disappeared when the doors opened. I walked to Dr. Wasabi's office not only to get the plane tickets, but to check out the antidote was doing.
I walked into the room I was usually put into and saw him in there.
"Well, hello, Jessica." He exclaimed, "The plane tickets are on the counter over there."
He didn't look up from his work.  I went over to the tickets and grabbed them.
I walked back to him, "How's the antidote doing?"
"It's coming better then I thought. Maybe your country can be saved sooner than I thought."
I nodded and checked the plane time and then to the clock. My flight was at 3:30 and it was 2:30.
"Also, we have a car waiting out front for you." He stated.
"Ok. I guess I will see you after this semester."
He looked at me and nodded. I left the room and went to the elevator. I pressed for the first floor.
I walked out the front door and opened the car door.
"Jessica?" His accent was a sure Japanese.
I nodded and put my stuff in the back. I went to back seat and buckled.
He drove me to the airport just in time for my flight being called. I grabbed my stuff and rushed over to the tunnel to the plane.
I sat in first class and I was in first. I chose the seat next to the window and all my stuff was out in the back of the plane.
I watched as the plane lifted off after everyone was on. The clouds looked softer and real then I remembered
I couldn't help not looking out the window despite my fear of heights. I was asleep and woke up when the plane was near landing. I got off and ordered a taxi. I told them the school name and I was there in no time.
I couldn't wait for it, despite not having a full degree.
