REALITY

the rest of the day nothing really happened. i saw nessa multiple time throughout the day but she just walked away. how the rolls have switched, huh? i kinda liked it. i gave her a piece of mind and she shut up. i wasn't gonna constantly harass her or bully her like she did, but it was nice to be the bigger person.

during the day i was thinking to myself a bit. maybe i should hear vinnie out and see what he has to say. now i obviously won't forgive him that easily but i should give him. chance to say something. that's a good idea. right? i wasn't gonna go up to him and seem desperate, but maybe if he were to text me again i would see. speaking of him i never saw him throughout the day. i wouldn't see him often anyways but i would see him during lunch. maybe he decided not to come to school. i hope he's ok. god i shouldn't be thinking like that. he cheated.

the school day was over and i was gonna go to my car so i could go home but then i rembered that i carpooled with james. i ended up putting my airpods in and walking home. it would only take about half an hour, but it would be my workout for the day.

"hey" someone says.

"hi?" i say. "olivia?"

"yeah.. sorry i know your probably going home and i noticed your walking, but if i remember correctly you house is a bit far and its about to start raining so we could give you a ride if you want" olivia says.

"what?" i say completely confused.

"i know i know..it sounds weird but i feel bad and i guess if we could give you a ride, it would be the least i could do" she says.

"we?" i ask.

"yeah... me and...josh" she says.

"come on y/n!" i hear a person yell from behind me. when i look back i see josh in a car.

"look i'm sorry, so sorry and i really want to make it up to you.." olivia says when i turn back to her.

"uh i'm good...i'll be completely fine walking" i say.

"please y/n" i hear josh saying as he comes out of the car.

"as i said before, i'll be fine. a little rain will do nothing. thanks for asking though..i guess" i say.

"ok i won't force you" he says and i reply with a nod and start walking away.

"wait y/n!" I hear olivia say making me turn around on my heel.

"hmm" i say.

"look i said this probably a bunch but i am sorry. like genuinely sorry. i don't know what i was thinking" she says.

i didn't really know what so say so i just nod and start walking away. as i'm walking away i remember i forgot something in the school so i hurry and go to my locker to get it before the school closes. i heard the intercom come on as the office people made an announcement saying that the doors would close in 5 minutes. i quickly made my way out not wanting to get stuck in the school all nigh, although that sounds like fun. as i was walking out i notice olivia and josh still at the school. i see olivia outside of the car speaking  to someone one the phone. i didn't mean to eavesdrop but her phone was on speaker and i just happened to hear the conversation.

"nessa i tried! i really did. i was appolizing to her but she wouldn't listen. even josh bought the whole thing. they both seemed to believe the whole thing but she didn't get in" olivia says.

"why didn't you try harder! gosh it was such an easy thing" i hear the person on the phone say. i'm pretty sure it was nessa.

"i'll figure something out, don't worry" olivia says.

"you better! and fast! i swear to god if josh and i's relationship is over it'll be your fault" nessa says.

"but— never mind i need to go before josh become suspicious" olivia says.

"ok bye then. don't blow this off liv, i'm counting on you" nessa says.

"yeah yeah bye ness..." livia says.

"bye liv" nessa says.

oH- so she was lying. i was actually kinda buying  it for a second; believing olivia, but i guess she hasn't changed. i see what they're doing. trying to manipulate josh and i. i see. guess i'll have to play this little game then.

hi so i haven't posted in like 5 days... sorry.

BUT FIRST THANK U SO MUCH FOR 10K READS. THATS LITERALLY CRAZY. I THOUGHT THIS WAS GONNA BE A FLOP BUT THANK U SM!

anyways... as an author i feel that i need to be consistent while posting and the past week has been really hard. my mental health is really bad and this book is very draining. i try to get myself to write at least 10 chapters a week, but i never succeed in that. last week i think i wrote half a chapter, in total. i want to finish this book and i will but it will take time. i want to focus on myself a bit and try to relive some stress. i do school full time as a virtual student and i'm not allowed to see anyone due to my parent's rules. so sorry but yeah.  hope u guys understand.
