we arrive at this cute little outdoor shopping area. there were a whole bunch of little stores in a circle where we could go around and shop. there weren't many people there either so it was nice.

when we first got there josh opened my door which not gonna lie, was very cute. he was being very nice today. not complaining though.

"thank you" i say to josh who opens the door for as i get out of the car.

"your welcome" he says in return.

"this place is so cute where did you get to know it?" i say.

"found it on my explore page, thought you'd might like it" he says.

"i do, seems nice" i say.

"yeah, well shall we go look around" he says holding out a hand.

"sure" i say with chuckle taking his hand.

we walk around to all the different stores. they had all different types of things so it was interesting to peak into each of them. we were currently at a stand that sold sunglasses and other cute accessories. i found a pair of glasses that i liked. i was debating on getting them or not because they were a bit pricey, but i ended up giving in deciding to get them. josh didn't see anything her liked, so we went over to the cash register to pay, so we could go to the next store. i was going to pay for them since they were for myself, but josh was trying to fight me. he said 'i invited you here, so let me pay.' i obviously didn't give in, so i went to pay when i heard the chime of the register meaning the item was paid for. i didn't realize, but josh had swiped is card when i wasn't looking. we headed out of the store while i had a pout on my face.

"why the long face" he asks.

"i was going to pay for that!" i exclaim.

"oh i see" he says with a smirk.

"i literally bought them for myself" i said.

"and?" he says.

"i should've paid" i say.

"well i already did, don't worry about it y/n" he says.

"still" i say.

"come on i want to go in here" he says walking towards a store.

"fine" i mumble.

we walk into this store where there many hoodies and sweatshirts. i didn't really see any that i liked, so i didn't buy any, but i could see josh liked some. he was currently trying some on while i waited.

"how bout' this one" he says.

"oh i like this one" i say.

"thats what i was thinking, its sick" he says looking down at the article of clothing on his body.

"yeah, you gonna get it?" I ask.

"yeah i think so, let me go get changed out of it" he says.

"okay" i say.

i was scrolling on my phone until josh came back. we made our way to the cashier. remembering what happened earlier, i decided i would play his game. while he was about to pull out his card i already had mine out and swiped it. when he looked up i could se the defeat look in his eyes.

we were currently walking out of the store when he says, "you didn't have to do that"

"do what?" i ask cluelessly.

"you know what, paying for my stuff" he says.

"well i already did, don't worry about it josh" i say mocking his words from earlier.

"oh m- hey you can't say that" he says.

"just did" i say sending him a wink which made a blush appear on his face.

"aw joshys getting shy" i say teasing him.

"shut up" he mumbles.

for the next two hours we went around shopping, taking a photo break, and then shopping some more. once we were satisfied we decided it was probably a good time to get going.

"i' m gonna go the restroom really quick, just stay here" josh says.

"okay" i say.

as i was waiting for him to get back from the restroom a particular keychains Dan necklace set caught my eye. it was a keychain with the name 'josh' on it. i remember earlier that he was looking at it, but ending up getting it. i looked around to see if he was coming back and when there was no sign of him i quickly paid for the set and tucked it into my bag. i could give it to him later as a thank you present for planning this day.

after he got back from the bathroom we both went back to his car. I thought we were just gonna go home, but then he started going a different restaurant. he said we would be out all day, so i was wondering where we were off to now. my thoughts we answered when we pulled up to a park. at first is as confused on why we were at a park but then we got out. josh grabbed a picnic basket from his trunk and then we walked a little until he set up the picnic. it was honestly so cute and i could tell he was nervous on weather i liked it or not. i told him that the pic in he planned was so nice and i could see that calmed him down a little. for the next couple hours we enjoyed our picnic while goofing around.
