REALITY

i was debating on even going because i felt like it wouldn't even be fun because i would have to go alone, but i ended really bored for the hour i was at home after sage and i got back from the dinner so i decided on going. i settled on going around 4:30 because it would take me about forty - five minutes to get there. the fair closed at nine, so i would have quite a lot of time but i didnt plan on staying too long. maybe long enough to have a good time, but not too much that it would make me realize how lonely i was.

(author speaks: henajhenensnjajs i'm editing this chapter about a week later since i wrote. was i high or some shit cause that was so cringey wtf. lmao)

it was sound 4:25 and i was heading out.

"mom i'm going to the fair i'll be back in a couple of hours" i yelled.
"ok sound good, you going alone?" she yelled back.
"yeah, i won't be staying that long though" i say.
"ok be safe" she says.
"ok bye" i say and walk out the front door.

i enter my car and start driving. i put on my playlist of music that was around 26 hours. it was my favorite thing. listening to music just put me in a good mood. i arrived and went to the stand where i could buy a ticket. i bought a ticket and then started wandering around. i went on this one ride and it made me very nauseous so i decide to slow down on those. i went and got a pretzel and water and decided to take a pic and post it on my story. i found an area that was surprisingly not busy for it being a saturday and decided to sit there for a bit while i finished my pretzel. i was scrolling though insta when i saw olivia's story. to be completely honest i didn't know why i still had her on instagram, but i guess i just never took the time to unfollow her. what i saw on her story kinda ruined my mood. she was here. the summer where the fair is open she has to be here the day i am. oh god why. why. just why does this always happen to me. it's one thing at school, but out of school it's just embarrassing. i wasn't gonna let her get to me, so if i were to see here i would just ignore her. after all it was a big park. i was feeling a little better so i decided to go on a rollercoaster. not the best idea if i just felt sick but they've always been my favorite. after going on the rollercoaster i rode a couple of other rides and went and bought a cotton candy. a fair classic. i was enjoying it when someone sat next to. it was a busy park so i decided to scoot over so the person could have some space, but then the human started talking to me. what?!

"hey" the mystery person says.
i turn around to be met with josh. josh?! "hi?" i said surprised.
"what are you doing here all alone?" he asks.
"could ask you the same thing, i guess.." i say.

god this guy confuses me so much.

"uh well i'm here with ness and liv, but their busy taking pictures" he says with a chuckle.
"oh" i say.
"hey the other day at the party i kind just met you and i meant to talk to you about something, but i guess we never got to" he says.
"what?" i say.
"why aren't you friends with olivia?" he say.

what the fuck.

"look i know we just met, but why do you keep asking me that? you know i don't have to be friends with everyone and that includes you sister" i say standing up a bit furious.
"i didn't mean it like that. i just- she told me something about you and i don't really know what it's all about" he says.
"now what the fuck did she tell you" i say slightly yelling,
"calm down, she just told me how you bully her and all this shit. she said how you guys were. friends for the longest time and then out of nowhere you ghosted her. now i don't know if i believe her, but she is my little sister and i want to know" he says.

that left me shocked. i started laughing and he looked at me confused.

"what?" he says.
"that's funny" i say.
"what i'm confused" he says.
"so she told you i bully her when sh—" i was interrupted.
