Lily's POV: The next morning I woke up. I took a quick shower and a changed into my outfit.

After that I kept my hair straightened and put on some light makeup.
After that, I went downstairs and grabbed an apple and water from the kitchen. "You sure you're feeling up to going to school?" Danny asked me.
I rolled my eyes, "Yes, I'm fine. I didn't even get hurt" I told him.
"You didn't tell me how you weren't even hurt. Did you use your magic?" he asked me.
"Yes, but I lost focus and then Edward Cullen came and saved me" I told him.
He furrowed his eyebrows, "What do you mean he saved you?" he asked me.
"Like he ran in and pushed the van away with his hand. And he ran in really fast since he was standing by his car that was all the way across the lot" I told him.
"Be cautious around him. He may be your soulmate, but I don't trust him yet" he told me.
I nodded before grabbing my backpack. I gave him a hug, "I'll see you later" I told him and he nodded before I left the house and drove to school.
I parked in the same place I was yesterday. I pulled out my song journal and started writing. I felt eyes on me, so when I looked up I saw Edward looking at me with Alice and Jasper with him.
All of a sudden, Mike walked up to me and smiled, "Look at you, huh? You're alive" he said dramatically.
I gave him a small smile, "Yeah, still breathing" I told him.
"Now, I wanted to ask you, you know, if you know, it's like a month away, but..." I stopped listening to Mike's rambling as Edward looked over at me.
"So what do you think?" he asked me as I got snapped back into reality.
"About what?" I asked him.
"Do you want to go? To prom? With me?" he asked me.
My eyes widened at that then I gave him an apologetic smile, "Uh I'm sorry, Mike. But I don't see you in that way and going to prom with you might give you the wrong idea and plus I'm gonna be out of town that weekend with my brother" I told him.
He looked down sadly, "You should ask Jessica though. I know she wants to go with you" I told him and he gave me a sad smile.
"Yo, yo, yo. Hey, guys, come on. We gotta go. We gotta go. Green is what? Good. Let's go. Guys, come on" he told us.
Mike and I walked towards the buses and I saw Edward, Alice, and Jasper on another bus. I sat on the bus and put my headphones in as we drove to the green house.
When we got there, I was mostly just walking by myself and looking at the different plants and flowers.
Since I'm connected to nature, I've always loved being around plants and flowers.
