I slowly opened my eyes and groaned. "Mommy?" I heard Will say.
I saw him sitting next to me on the bed and Edward came into the room. When he saw me awake, he came over to my side.
"How're you feeling?" he asked concerned.
"Better than before. What happened?" I asked.
"You used too much magic yesterday and your body needed time to recover" he told me and I nodded.
Will gave me a hug, "You're okay now, right mommy?" He asked me.
"Yeah, baby. I'm fine. Let's go downstairs and get something to eat" I said and he nodded.
We got off the bed and went downstairs. I saw the rest of the family along with Bree.
"How're you feeling?" Esme asked.
"Better. Will and I got hungry" I told her.
She smiled, "I'll go make you both some food" she told me before going into the kitchen.
Will and I sat in the living room with the others. Will was sitting on the floor and coloring with Bree as Emmett and Jasper were playing video games.
I noticed that for a newborn, Bree is good with self-control. Her and Will are getting along really well and she has this look in her eyes, like she would do anything for him.
My eyes widened at the theory going on in my head. "Is Will your mate?" I asked her, which got the attention of the family.
She looked nervously between Edward and I but nodded. So that's why I felt the need to protect her. She was my son's mate.
I gave her a smile, "It's okay. I'm glad he's with someone like you. But until he comes of age, he's just a friend" I told her and she nodded.
After that, we had breakfast before Will went to go play with Bree again with Finn outside. Edward asked if we could go to the meadow for a while and I agreed.
I took a quick shower in Edward's bathroom. I changed into some clothes I had left here and put my hair in a high ponytail.

When I was done, I went downstairs and met with Edward. We kissed Will bye and told him we would be back later.
Edward put me on his back and ran us to our meadow. The flowers were so beautiful and the sun shined causing Edward to sparkle.
We laid in the meadow and talked until the wedding came up and I told him the date I wanted to get married.
"August 13th?" He asked me.
"Yeah, it's a month before my birthday. Alice said she could help me get the wedding together by then" I told him.
He chuckled, "I'm sure she can" he told me before being serious, "There's no rush" he added.
"I've chosen my life and I want to start living it. I want to marry you. I want to be Mrs. Lillian Cullen" I told him and he smiled at the name.
"And so you're going to let Alice plan the whole thing?" He asked me.
"The dress, the reception, the guest list. I mean, who knows who she's gonna invite" He told me.
"No, she can help me. But I want to choose my own wedding dress and some other things. And besides, does it matter who she invites?" I said.
He sat up and looked at me, "I just don't know why you're doing this" he said.
"What? The wedding?" I asked confused.
"No. You're trying to make everyone else happy but you're already giving away too much" he told me.
"You're wrong" I told him before standing up and facing him, "This wasn't a choice between you and Jacob. There was never a choice to make. It's always been you and always will be" I added.
"You want me to have this normal human life, but that's the thing, I'm not normal. I've never been normal since the day I was born" I continued to tell him.
"I've had to face death, the loss of my parents, and pain in our world, but I've also never felt stronger and more happy. It's where I belong with you by my side with our son" I finished.
He smiled, "So it's not just about me?" He teased making me giggle.
"No. Sorry" I told him before leaning close to him, "I wanna do this right and I wanna tie myself to you in every way humanly possible" I added.
"Starting with a wedding" he said with a laugh.
I bit my lip, trying not to laugh, "Actually, something a little more difficult first. And maybe even dangerous that could get you killed" I told him and he frowned.
I stood up and laughed, "We have to tell Danny" I told him.
He chuckled and nodded, "It's highly dangerous. Especially if he has his sword with him when we tell him" he told me.
I laughed, "Don't worry. I'll hide it and his dagger when we tell him" I told him as he stood up and came close to me.
"We also have to tell Will" he told me as he wrapped his arms around me.
I smiled, "I think Will's gonna take it a lot better" I told him before we leaned in and kissed.
This was my future. Edward and Will were my future. I was meant to be with Edward. Fate made it for him to be my soulmate and I, his mate. We belong with each other.
