Chapter 16 ~Meeting Will & Voting~

Lily's POV:

After we left the castle, we got into a car and drove to the airport. Edward didn't leave my side once.

He held me close as if I would disappear. We got on the plane and flew to back to Forks. I was nervous to tell Edward about Will.

When we made it to Forks, we brought Bella to her house and I casted the spell to take her memories and change them.

It was difficult because this was my first time doing it, but it worked and she told Charlie that she wanted to go live with her mom.

When Edward and I went to my house. Danny hugged me the second he saw me. When he saw Edward, well, he punched him in the face. Danny then told him he's glad he wasn't killed. 

"Danny, can you go get him?" I asked him and he nodded before walking up the stairs to get Will.

Edward turned to me, "Get who?" he asked me.

I was about to respond when Danny came back with a smiling Will, who squealed when he saw me.

I went and grabbed him and gave him kisses, making him laugh, "Mama" he said. "Hi my beautiful baby boy" I told him.

I turned to Edward, who looked shocked when he saw Will.

"Edward, this is William Mason Cullen. Our son" I told him.

"How? That's impossible" he said.

I nodded, "We thought so too. He was born December 8th" I told him.

"That was 3 months ago. He looks like he's 1" he said.

I nodded, "He grows faster than a human baby. His human side is more dominant than his vampire side. He sleeps and eats human food and animal blood but not all the time" I told him.

"Dada" Will said pointing at Edward and I smiled happily.

"That is Dada" I told him and he squealed happily causing the lights to flicker.

"He also has energy manipulation as his vampire gift along with Protector abilities" I told him.

Edward slowly walked toward us and Will put his hands out, wanting Edward to hold him. Edward held him as Will put his hands on Edward's face. "Dada" he told him.

Edward smiled happily with venom in his eyes, "Yes, I'm dada" he told Will before kissing his forehead and held him close.

He looked at me with sadness, "I'm sorry I left you. If I had known..." I cut him off, "I didn't know until a few weeks after you left and I couldn't contact any of you to tell you about Will" I told him.

I walked towards him, "You're here now. I have you back and Will has his father" I told him before Will yawned and laid his head on Edward's shoulder.

"Where does he sleep?" Edward asked me.

"He has his own room, but his crib's in mine. After we found out, Victoria was here, I moved him into my room so he was closer to me. Just in case" I told him

We went upstairs and changed Will into his pajamas before setting him in his crib. I changed into pajamas and laid in my bed.

Edward came and sat next to me as I slowly fell asleep.

I dreamed of the what happened in Italy except this time they ended up killing Edward.

I woke up to Edward shaking me awake as tears fell down my face. "I'm here. Don't worry" he told me as he held my hand.

"Go back to sleep. I'll still be here when you wake up" he told me but I was hesitant and afraid that he would leave again.

"I won't leave you and Will again. I promise" he told me.
