3rd POV The wolves were at the beach, enjoying the day together. The imprints were sitting together while Sam, Paul, Jared, Leah, Collin, and Brady were playing soccer together.
"Maybe they'll say she was in a car crash. Or tripped and fell off a cliff" Jacob said as he thought of the different cover stories the Cullens were going to use to explain Lily's change.
"At least I'll get one thing out of it" Jake added as he thought about ripping Edward's head off.
"No, you won't. The Cullens are not a danger to the town or the tribe" Sam told him.
"Well, he's gonna either gonna kill her or change her. And the treaty says..." Jake was cut off by Sam, "I say, Jacob. I say" he told him.
Sam ran off with the others and went back to the imprints.
"You know, if you wanted things different, you should've become alpha" Embry told him.
"Turning it down seemed like a good idea at the time" Jacob told him.
"Jake, you really think you could kill Lily if she comes back as a vampire?" Seth asked him.
"No. He'll make one of us do it, then hold a grudge against us" Leah jumped in.
"She's Danny's sister, Leah. He's not going to forgive you if you killed his sister" Seth reminded her.
"Shut up, Leah" Jacob told her.
"Would you just get over it? It's not like you imprinted on her. And besides, she's told you multiple times that she never liked you that way" Leah told him.
They looked over at the other wolves that found their imprints, their soulmates.
"At least they seem happy" Seth said sadly, he hoped to find an imprint soon.
"Yeah, some people are just lucky, I guess" Embry added.
"Lucky?" Jake asked as they saw Quil with Claire, Emily's 3 year old niece, who was Quil's imprint.
"None of them belong to themselves anymore. And the sickest part is their genes tell them they're happy about it" Jacob told them angrily.
"At least if you imprinted on someone, you'd finally forget about Lily" Leah told him as she thought about her imprint, who helped her move on from the triangle drama.
"I mean, being any kind of happy is better than being miserable about someone you can't have" she told him.

I walked towards Edward when I saw him come into the house with two people. A man and a woman.
"Lily, these are our housekeepers, Gustavo and Kaure" he told me.
I smiled at them as Edward informed them of who I was. I saw Kaure give Edward looks before they went into the bedroom.
"Well, I guess we just leave them to it" Edward told me as we went to go sit on the couch.
