Lily's POV:
I opened my eyes slowly and when I did, I wasn't in the ballet studio anymore, I was in a forest.
A beautiful forest with flowers everywhere. Birds were chirping, the sun was shining. It was very peaceful here.
I looked down and saw I was in a white dress and I felt something on my head, it was a flower crown.

"Lily" I heard a familiar voice say.
I turned around and froze at who I saw.
"Mom, Dad" I said as I saw them smiling at me.
Mom was wearing a different white dress with a flower crown as Dad was wearing a loose white shirts and black pants.
I ran to them and hugged them as they hugged me. I pulled back and looked at them with tears in my eyes.
"You're here! You're really here!" I exclaimed before I became confused, "Where is here?" I asked and they chuckled.
"This is the Other Side. Where the past witches, past protects, and the ancestors are" Mom told me.
"I-I'm dead?" I asked fearfully.
"No, you're unconscious, but this gave us an opportunity to speak with you" Dad told me.
"About the bite and the venom" Mom said and I nodded.
"What happens if a witch is bitten?" I asked.
"Usually we become a vampire and lose our powers, but you're a different case" someone said behind me.
I turned and saw a beautiful woman smiling at me. "I'm glad I got the chance to finally meet you, Lillian Knight" she told me.
"I'm Serena, one of the ancestors" she told me and my eyes widened before I lightly curtsied.
"It's an honor to meet one of the ancestors" I told her, "But why am I a different case?" I asked her.
"Your soulmate is a vampire and you are the chosen one. You becoming a vampire is part of your journey" she told me.
"So I would become a vampire?" I asked her.
"Yes, but you would still have your magic since you have been chosen to help bring peace and balance to our world" she told me.
"Why did the venom make me lose control over my magic?" I asked her.
"Because it wasn't your time to turn" she told me and I nodded.
All of a sudden, I felt a flicker of bright light. "What is that?" I asked.
"It's time for you to go back" Mom told me.
