Lily's POV:

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I turned it off and stared at the ceiling. Today is my first day of school.

I got out of bed and went into my bathroom. I stepped in the shower and washed my hair and body.

Once I finished, I dried myself off before going to my closet and picked out my outfit.

After I changed, I went into my bathroom

After I changed, I went into my bathroom. I brushed my teeth then doing some light make up and lightly curled my hair.

Once I was ready to go, I went downstairs into the kitchen and saw Danny there, drinking coffee and looking at his phone.

"Morning" I said before grabbing a cup of orange juice and putting bread in the toaster and lightly buttering it.

"Morning. You ready for school?" he asked. I shrugged, "I guess. I don't know why, but I have this feeling, like something is going to happen today" I told him.

He tensed up, "Something good or something bad?" he asked me. "Something good, I think" I told him before taking a bite of my toast.

He signed, "Just be careful, okay?" he told me. I nodded, "I will" I told him. "And if anything happens, call me" he told me and I nodded.

I looked at the time and noticed that I should probably leave. "I better get going. I don't wanna be late on my first day" I told him.

He nodded before throwing me a pair of keys, "Your car is in the garage" he told me. I nodded before walking out the side door and towards the garage.

When I walked in, I saw my car and my mouth fell open at the sight of my new car.

I smiled sadly at the car

I smiled sadly at the car. "Dad did always have amazing taste for cars" I said sadly.

I sighed before pushing the garage door opener and driving out of the garage. I put the school's address in my gps on my phone and drove.

I finally made it to school and pulled into the parking lot. I pulled into an empty spot near the front as I noticed people already looking at me.
