She may smile, she may cry, and she might even stay awhile

The wind dances around her and encases her essence

She's a powerful force misjudged by many

She may sing, she may dream, and she might even love a little

But her time drifts by melting her sorrow

Her kindness is a flower it withers and it blooms, forever beautiful either way

She may dull, she may hide, and she might even shine for awhile

Her melancholy rythums draw scarlet lines

Smiles from her fade into dismay and her voice become transparent

She may laugh, she may scream, and she even might hear the whispers

Her hesitant heart intertwines with her iridescent soul

The silken clouds rain upon her without mercy

She may ache, she may be content, and she might even become a phantom

Her pensive mood reflects over the bridge

Her wretched depths are out numbered by her virtue

She may rebel, she may dance, and she might even count the stars

Her strength carries those who she loves

She fiercely fights for her freedom from her own cage that holds her down

She may desire, she may erupt, and she might even self destruct

But even so the willow still grows in her stead

She illuminates the day and challenges the night to a duel

She may be my friend, she may be someones daughter, and she might even be another's lover

She is my armor, she is my shield, and she helps me defeat the beasts of the fairy tales I hear

The hollowness inside me slowly fills each day I spend with her, she is mine

<3 dedicated to my friend, this is for always being there! I'll always be there for you too, and I see you always and forever! <3
