Chapter 38

You'd been with Jasmin for a few days, you simply just lounge around, trained and talked with her.

She was calm, and you felt relaxed around her, you had an urge to protect her she was so innocent and sweet, you wanted nothing more than to protect her.

"Tell me about your human life?"

You looked over at Jasmin and smiled softly, nodding your head a little.

"What do you wanna know?"

Jasmin shrugged a little.

"Everything I suppose. I'm curious."

"Well, I didn't have the best childhood. But I met one of the best people I know because of it."

Jasmin tilted her head a little.

"His names Erwin Smith, he found me on the streets. He came to see me when he could which was usually a every other month. He got me a place to stay and taught me loads, I joined the scouting legion because of him. I looked out to him as a father, I love him a lot."

"Is there anyone else."

"Well there's Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Reiner, Bertolt, Ymir, Christa, Connie and Sasha and Hanji and Mike too. Though they're more of leaders. They're my friends, though I'm older then them."

"That's really nice, I wonder what friends are like..."

"They also support you and accept you for who are, they're always there no matter what, and cheer you up when you're down. Do you not have any friends?"

Jasmin shook her head and your heart felt for her.

"I'll be your friend!"

Jasmin smiles a little more, her eyes lightening up.

"Really?"

"Really!"

She blushed a little and averted her eyes shyly.

"Thank you..."

You beamed brightly at her and she beamed back.

"Who else is there?"

"Well, theres Levi.. hes... different to the others..."

"How so?"

"Well... I love him. He's very special to me."

"Is the love different between him and Erwin?"

"Yeah. Erwin is Family love, my friends is plutonic, and Levi is romantic."

"I see..."

You smiled at her and titled your head back to look up at the blue sky. You closed your eyes and listened to the nature around you, but just as you started to find peace the ground shook violently.

"(Y/N), come to the place you disappeared and speak with me..."

The voice echoed all around and you jumped up, head snapping back and forth trying to find the voice but you couldn't find anything.

Turning back to Jasmin, she looked pale and her face was plastered with fear.

"Jasmin?"

"Its him..."

"Who?"

Jasmin stayed quiet, you knelt before her and looked her in the eyes.

"Jasmin who is it?"

"Micheal..." she whispered.

Your blood ran cold, your breathing hitched and your body tensed.

"I suggest you go..."

You nodded meekly, standing up and took a deep breath.

"I'll be back."

She nodded a little and you gave her a weak smile. You closed your eyes, you felt the familiar feeling of cool air surrounding you as you wrapped your body in shadows.

Within a second your feet hit the floor again, you opened your eyes shadows dispersing.

Stood in front of the tree your body collided into ages ago, stood a man with his arms crossed. A large pair of white wings behind him.

He was tall, golden eyes and scruffy blond hair framed his pale skin.

"So she really came." He chuckled deeply.

"You called, I came." You replied cooly.

Micheal raised his hands and took a step forward, making you take a step back.

"I just want to talk."

"Why?"

"Because you've not been told the whole truth."

"What do you mean?"

Micheal smirked, folding his hands behind his back.

"You're not human..." he whispered.
