I wake up really early, considering I wasn't that tired.
It has to be around 6am since the sun was rising.
Loki still slept peacefully, hugging Frigga the snake.
I wanted to know what the story was with Frigga, but I probably shouldn't ask.
If he wanted to talk about it, he would.

I sat up, making my way over to the small kitchen.
I looked through the cabinets, looking for any sort of food.
The most I found were crackers, PopTarts, and a bit more junk.
I wonder if there's any shops near by.
Probably not, I mean it's the middle of no where.
I take one of the PopTarts and just eat that.
There wasn't much of anything else to eat.

I sit down, looking out the window.
It was snowing again.
I think it would be the New Year pretty soon.
And honestly, I couldn't wait to get this year over with.
I wanted a fresh start.
Even if it wasn't a good start.
It was still a new start.

Soon, Loki woke up, clearly forgetting where he was.
He hid Frigga the snake, just like he always hid the tesseract.
Where did the items he hid even go? Like, honestly.
"What are you eating?" He asks, clearly confused to what a PopTart is.
"It's a PopTart.." I answer.
"What's a PopTart?"
I hand him one, showing him what it is.
"That's a PopTart."
"I see, but what is it?"
"...food." I chuckle.
He stares at it for a while, just like he did with the frappe the other day.
He sniffs it and gives me a look.
"Loki, just eat it. It's all that's here." I laugh.
"What if it's poison?"
"Do you assume everything is poison?"
"Well, not everything."
"Just food that you don't like the look and smell of?"
"Precisely."
He gives it one last look before taking the smallest bite ever into it.
"I don't like it." He says, as he continues to eat it.
"Are you sure?" I ask, watching him eat the whole thing.
"Yes." He says, with the PopTart stuffed into his mouth.
"Mhm... sure." I chuckle.

I soon realize I only had pajamas. I didn't have any other clothes.
Neither did Loki.
"Can that tesseract bring us anywhere?" I ask.
"...Yes.. why do you ask?"
"If it's not obvious enough, we need food and clothes." I answer.
"Then let us go to a store." He says, revealing the tesseract.
He grabs onto my hand, and soon enough, we're in front of a shop.
"You did not just make us teleport, or whatever it is, in front of the store. There's people and security cameras here!"
"Then we'll break the cameras..?" Loki says, as if it were that simple.
"Dumb ass." I chuckle.
We walk into the store, in pajamas, and immediately go looking for clothes first.
Loki has no idea where to look; I don't think he's been in a store before.
I grab any kind of clothing I need, and like, and put them into a cart.
I grab a coat, too.
Loki stares at the cart like he's never seen one before.
And to be fair, he probably hasn't.
"What's that?" He asks, referring to the cart.
"It's a shopping cart..." I answer.
"It looks odd."
"It's not supposed to look pretty." I chuckle.
He stays silent for a few moments, just examining the whole ass cart.
"May I push the cart?" He asks, a bit excitedly.
"Sure, less work for me then." I chuckle.
He puts his hands on the little bar at the front of the cart, and starts pushing the cart forward.
It was pretty cute how excited he was over a cart.
He starts to make quiet race car noises while steering the cart, as if I couldn't hear him.
"Hey, Grumpy, take a running start and then put your feet on that little space under the cart. It's fun, I promise."
"What?"
"Do it."
"I'll fall backwards?"
"No, you won't."
He takes a running start, and does exactly what I say.
He smiles, and does it till the end of the isle.
Then, he turns around and does it again.
"Do Midgardians do this for fun?" He asks.
"Midgardians?"
"People on Midgard..."
"What the hell is a Midgard?"
"Where we are now?"
"You mean Earth?"
"...."
"..."
"Yes." He answers.
"Word of advice, if you're talking to someone, don't call Earth, 'Midgard'." I chuckle.
"Of course."
