I was just a normal teen having a good summer before school but then me and ace had to move to are dads and go to a new school mom told us she had things to do and she come back for us but she didn't tell me what I was one full moon it all change s...
"Wow... now I know that you're good. Do I trust you?"
"You may not trust me, and I understand if you don't. I can see that your father might've put things in your head to make you think that I'm bad, but I am not at all."
"No, I'll trust you. It's just... I thought you'd be rude and not nice."
"As I said, my kind is like that. But me? I've been born different. I am kind and loving, and hopefully helpful."
The others could tell Jade was talking in her mind.
Alex looked at the others. "It's probably that wolf, Siberia."
"It could be," Maya said. "Or she's just thinking."
"No, it looks like she's talking," Leanna said.
"Definitely," Maya agreed. "She's talking to her wolf."
"Jade!" they all yelled.
Jade looked at them.
"It looks like they want to talk to you," Siberia said inside her head.
"I'll talk to you more until you change into your full wolf."
"Oh yeah, you can talk to them, by the way."
"Wait... what?"
"Because you're changing into a full wolf, and my kind can talk, Jade."
Jade stared at everyone.
"You called?"
Everyone froze.
"Wow," Alex said. "You can talk?"
"Well, yeah."
Siberia suddenly spoke inside Jade's head.
"Wait a second. Is this Jade or Siberia?"
"It's JADE!"
Everyone laughed.
"Just some things to tell you guys," Jade said. "She told me about the full moon, and I heard you guys talking about it too. I'll be fine."
"How the heck are you going to be fine?" Alex asked.
"Siberia told me she's different. She's kind and nice. She's not what you guys think she is. She'll be very nice to you. That's what she told me."
"I've never heard of a nice wolf," Leanna said.
"Just trust me."
Alex sighed. "Fine. I'll trust you. But if she's not, we'll have to control you to make sure you don't kill anyone or go running out into the woods."
"She does not want to kill anyone," Jade said. "She just wants to be friends with everyone."
"Indeed I do."
Everyone went completely silent.
"That was Siberia," Jade said.
"I can talk too," Siberia continued. "Jade can still talk, but I don't want to hurt anyone. I am not what you think I am. I am different from my kind. Yes, they can be cruel, rude, and very fucking mean. But me? I just want to be helpful and be there for Jade—and, of course, all of you."
Alex looked at Jade.
"Well... then, sorry, Jade. And you too, Siberia. We never knew there were nice wolves."
"There are," Siberia replied.
"But now we know you're on our side and not one of the wolves that wants to be on its own."
"Well, good to know I'm part of the pack."
Jade smiled.
"But right now, the moon is coming," Siberia said. "I'll let Jade talk now. She can talk for the rest of the night if you all want. She can control me, and you guys can ask questions. Or she can tell you when I can talk for a bit."
Siberia paused.
"Bye, mate... and friends."
Jade smiled.
"You can talk to them now."
Then the pain hit.
Jade suddenly grabbed her stomach.
"Fuck!"
Alex immediately moved toward her.
"Jade?"
"I'm okay!"
But she wasn't.
The pain became stronger than the first time she had changed.
I felt my legs begin to shake. My bones felt like they were moving beneath my skin, becoming stronger and harder. Hair began spreading across my legs and up my body.
I dropped to my knees.
My breathing became heavier.
My ears started changing, growing larger as my hearing became sharper. Every little sound around me suddenly felt incredibly loud.
My body felt taller.
Stronger.
Different.
I could feel Siberia inside me, almost like she was guiding my body through every painful change.
"You're doing great," she whispered.
"It fucking hurts."
"I know. Just keep going."
My hands hit the ground as my fingers stretched and changed. My nails became claws.
My back arched as another wave of pain rushed through me.
I screamed.
Then suddenly—
It stopped.
I stood there breathing heavily.
Everyone stared at me.
I looked down at myself.
I was no longer the same wolf I had been before.
Siberia's wolf was bigger.
Stronger.
More powerful.
I could feel it in every part of me.
Alex slowly stepped closer.
"Jade?"
I looked at him.
My ears moved toward his voice.
"Yeah," I said.
Everyone's eyes widened.
I was still me.
But I was also Siberia.
A new version of myself stood before them.
And for the first time, I wasn't afraid of what I had become.
