You've been dating Darry for a few years now, but it's felt like you've been dating him all your life.
Coincidentally, today was your guys's anniversary. As you walked over to the Curtis's house with a present in your hands, you wondered what Darry was planning.
When you got to the Curtis house, it was quiet and empty. That was unusual. Usually at this time everyone's hanging out.
It's probably nothing, you thought as you let yourself in.
"Happy anniversary!" Darry exclaimed, jumping out behind the couch.
I jumped, "Dude!"
Darry blushed, "I'm not so good at all the romantic stuff and all that, but I thought tonight we should watch the movie we saw on our first date."
I smiled and laughed, "That'd be perfect, Darry."
We both sat on the couch and I gave Darry his present.
"A football with the gang's signature." He said softly, "Y/N, I love it so much.
"You're welcome." I replied, leaning in to kiss him, "I love you, Darrel Curtis."
"I love you too, Y/N." Darry said, pulling me closer to him.
The rest of the night was absolutely perfect. I was so lucky to have a guy like Darry.
