Two-Bit Mathews

Throwing in some zodiac sign action into this one because why not? Now, this story is written where you are a Virgo. So if you're a Virgo (like me!) you can read the story as is. If you're not, you can change it to where it's your zodiac sign and not a Virgo. Anyway, hope y'all like this one!

You'd been Two-Bit's friend since y'all thought Santa was real. Even when you moved to the south side and became classified as a soc, you guys still hung out. You two had only recently just started dating. You loved him and he loved you. You guys were meant to be, however, most people at school did not.

Monday
"He's meant to be with me." Stacey, the most annoying and popular girl at your school said, "not with some loser like you.
Stacey was an Aries.

For the most part, you ignored comments like these from people at school because you didn't care about them, therefore you didn't care about there opinion.

Tuesday
"You want to be with him forever?" Cassandra scoffed, "yeah not gonna happen. With those looks, there's no way."
Cassandra was a Taurus.

Recently, comments like these were getting harder and harder to ignore. It felt like the whole world was against you and Two-Bit's relationship, which might've been true. I mean, you were still a Soc and he was still a greaser.
Every morning before school, you and Two-Bit would meet at one of the benches outside under a huge cover. This bench was at the back of the school, so no one really knew it existed except you guys.
"Two-Bit?" You asked when he got there.
"Yeah, babe?" He asked.
"Why are people at school so involved in our relationship?"
"Because we're the best couple ever!" Two-Bit said with a laugh.
You punched him, "be serious!"
Two-Bit shrugged, "I dunno. Maybe it's 'cause you're a Soc and I'm a greaser?"
"Maybe." You muttered, "or maybe it's 'cause your a Gemini and I'm a Virgo, the least compatible signs with each other."
"Babe," Two-Bit says, "now, I love how much you love star signs and all that, even though it makes no sense, but I'm pretty sure that's not it."
"Well how do you know?" You exclaimed, "Stacey's always claiming how you should be with her, and she's an Aries. Aries are compatible with Geminis!"
"Stacey's full of lies."
"Which makes her an Aries." You said angrily.
"Look," Two-Bit said, "if there's anything you taught me about zodiac signs, which isn't much, by the way, is that those signs are just based off your birthday. Your personality is all your own."
"Yeah, but-"
"Who cares what everyone else thinks?" Two-Bit said, "I'm happy, you're happy. That's all that matters right?"
You nodded, "You're right Two-Bit. And I'm sorry for getting mad."
He shook his head, "You're good babe, you're good."
You smiled, kissing him on the cheek as the bell rang for school to start.
